AICKSN MHC-RO2000G-P4-ATS4-2R+UV Large Flow RO System with UV Sterilization

Thank you

Thank you for choosing our Reverse Osmosis Water Systems. You now own a superb Reverse Osmosis (RO) system that adopts the international advanced reverse osmosis membrane (RO membrane) as the core, and with multi-stage pre-treatment filtering, the filtering accuracy reaches 0.0001 micron, effectively reducing most contaminants, organic and inorganic compound, unwanted taste and odor from tap water. It is designed to transform your tap water into distilled water. The entire water production process is fully automatic.

Filter Service Life

PP Cotton Filter : Recommend changing every 3~6 months.
ATS Fil t er: Recommend changing every 8~12 months.
RO Membrane : Recommend changing every 24~36 months.
UV Sterilizer:Recommend changing every 18~20 months.

Machine debugging:

After confirming that the water connection is correct, open the water inlet three-way ball valve [confirm whether there is tap water supply], and plug it in power supply [confirm whether the socket has electricity], at this time the high-pressure pump starts, the waste water outlet starts to drain, after entering the water production state, there will be a small amount of white protective liquid when the water purifier tap is turned on for the first time, and the water will be kept for 5-15 minutes until there is no white protective liquid. The TDS data will be slightly higher when the pure water machine is used for the first time, and it is necessary to continue to discharge the water to make the machine produce water flow to about 50-100 liters.

PCB Instruction

  1. When making water, the time and TDS value are displayed, and the TDS light is on. When there is no work, the display is turned off after a delay of 15 seconds.

  2. Short press the set key to display function switching: time + TDS -> first-level filter element -> second-level filter element -> third-level filter element -> time + TDS

  3. Time setting mode: Press and hold the Set button for 5 seconds until you hear two beeps, then release the button to enter the time setting mode; At this time, the hour is flashing. Press the + and – keys to set the hour time; Short press the set key again to switch to minute setting. At this time, the minutes are flashing. Short press the + and – keys to set the minutes; Short press set again to save the clock and exit the clock setting mode. During the process of setting hours or minutes, if there is no key action, the setting mode will automatically exit after 30 seconds and will not be saved.

  4. Filter element life setting mode: Press and hold the set button for 10 seconds and when you hear three beeps, it will automatically jump to the first level of filter life and flash. Use the + and – keys to set the filter life. Shortly press the Set key again to jump to the secondary filter element life, and repeat the + and – key settings. Continue to press the Set button briefly to jump to the third-level filter life setting. Continue to press the Set key briefly to save the settings and exit and jump to the time interface. If the continue button is not pressed during the setting process, it will jump to the main time interface after 30 seconds and the setting parameters will not be saved.

  5. Forced flushing mode: On the time page, press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds to force back washing.

  6. Turn on the machine and back wash for 20 seconds. Back washing starts after continuously producing water for 4 hours.

  7. When the filter element age is less than 15 days, the alarm light will be on. When the filter element age is equal to 0, the alarm light and the fault light will be on at the same time.

Troubleshooting

NOTE: Turn off the system

PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
The machine does not start The power is not turned on Check the power supply

or the power plug
The high voltage switch cannot be reset| Measure its resistance after releasing the pressure and replace it
Transformer burns out| Measure its output voltage and replace it
The high-pressure pump works normally but cannot produce water| Pressure loss of high-pressure pump| Measure the outlet pressure of the pump and replace it
The four-sided valve is faulty and cannot enter water (there is no pure water or waste water)| Replace the four-sided valve
The pre-filter is blocked| Observe the pure water and waste water, and replace the pre-filter
RO membrane is blocked| Clean or replace RO membrane
The machine shuts down but the waste water does not stop| The solenoid valve fails to effectively cut off the water| Observe the waste water and change the

four-sided valve

Check valve to relieve pressure (wastewater flow is small)| Observe the waste water and replace the check valve
The machine repeatedly jumps off after the water is full| High-voltage switch failure| Replace the high-voltage switch
The system has pressure relief phenomenon| Check the pure water pipeline after the check valve
The pre-filter is blocked| Replace the pre-filter
RO membrane is blocked| Clean or replace RO membrane
Insufficient pure water| The waste water ratio is too conductive| Replace waste water ratio
Insufficient high-pressure pump pressure| Measure the pump outlet pressure

Warranty Service

  1. The warranty period starts from the date of issuing the invoice.
  2. Warranty period: The whole machine is guaranteed for two years, and the consumables are not within the scope of the warranty.
  3. If the machine number is altered, the user disassembles and replaces the machine by himself or the operation not in accordance with the instructions andall man-made damage are not covered by the warranty.
  4. If your machine is abnormal, please unplug it immediately, turn off the water source and contact with local distributors.
