PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Mobile M.2 SATA/NVME drive enclosure, allows you to connect an SSD to the device of your choice via a high-speed USB 3.1 TYPE C connector. The enclosure supports drives of different lengths, so you don’t have to worry about compatibility. The USB 3.1 Gen 2 interface enables data transmission at speeds of up to 10 Gbps. A single M.2 drive supports up to 4TB. Features plug & play, no driver installation necessary, simply plug into a USB port. The Aluminium housing not only protects the drive from external damage, but also dissipates heat perfectly.
INSTALLING THE SSD INTO THE DEVICE
- First open the back cover and twist the screws on both sides.
- Align the SSD disk into the socket. Install and secure the SSD.
- Carefully press down the M.2 SSD, algin it with the bracket using the silicone buckle then tighten and secure the hard drive.
- Insert the inner bracket into the outer hard drive box, insert it back into the aluminum alloy case and tighten to the end.

FAQs
Why PC can not recognize the SSD?
- Please confirm your SSD key out port is M key or B&M. Key SSD. Our case does not support SATA AHCI B Key SSD.
- Please check your cable connected the SSD case.
- Please your SSD attribution to confirm it has been formatted.
- The power supply of the front USB out port is not enough to support the SSD. Please connect the cable USB port to the back of the Main box.
Why the data transfer speed can not reach 10Gbps?
- Please confirm your SSD and your computer is in good condition, the data transfer has a relationship with the sectors of SSD and your Computer configuration.
- Please update your computer’s Mainboard driver and USB driver to the latest edition.
- The data transfer speed has a relationship with the document format.
- The transmission speed is also related to the interface of computer equipment. For example, our product is 3.1. if your computer interface is 3.0, the transmission speed will change to 3.0.
