OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Preparation for use

  • Verify that all components of the Portable Vacuum Cleaner have been assembled.
  • In order to ensure the product works properly; please check if it has enough power.

Charging Instructions

  • Please charge the product fully before its first use and after long term storage. (charge every three months.)
  • To charge the product, please connect one end of the type- C power cable attached with the product to the vacuum cleaner and connect the other end to the adaper compatible with charging standard of 5V 2A.
  • When the power indicators flash repeatedly, it indicates the product is charging. When the three power indicators are on, it means the product is fully charged.
    Notice: During the charging process, the product must not be switched on or operated. Please unplug the power cable before operating the product.

PRODUCT USE

Motor Operation
This product is designed with 2 suction modes. Long press the Power button for 2 seconds to start the vacuum, then it will run in default mode (Power saving mode), short press the Power button once to change into power mode and long press for 2 seconds again to power the vacuum off.
Notice: It is normal for the handle to get hot if the product continuously runs in power mode for an extended period of time.

  • 3 indicator lights: high battery power
  • 2 indicator lights: medium battery power
  • 1 indicator light: low battery power
  • 1 indicator light flashes: battery is running out

ACCESSORY USE

The nozzle attached with the vacuum cleaner can clean various flat surfaces and gaps. Insert the flat nozzle into the motor to clean the dirt, dust mites, and allergen on soft surfaces such as sofas, carpet, and upholstered furniture.

Point-n-Click Bin
When the dust bin is full, please point the product at a trash can and press the Empty button, the nozzle will bounce off, then dump the waste into the trash can.

  • This product is not waterproof. Do not suck up water or other liquids.
  • To avoid damaging the vacuum, do not suck up burning materials (cigarette butts, matches, hot ash, etc.) sharp objects (glass, nails, needles, etc.) hazardous materials, chemical substances, and flammable or explosive liquids.
  • Please inspect the dust bin regularly. If there is too much waste in it, please clean it out to avoid blocking the gauze, reducing suction, overheating the motor, or reducing service life of the vacuum.
  • In case of any leakage, high motor temperature, or abnormal sounds, etc. during use, stop use immediately. Do not disassemble or repair the vacuum yourself. Please contact our customer service for help.
  • Keep the vacuum away from fire and heat sources. Do not expose to sunlight to avoid fire accidents.
  • Do not remove the dust bin while vacuuming to avoid physical injury and product damage.
  • This product is not recommended for people with physical, sensory, and intellectual disabilities or people lacking relevant experience and knowledge, unelss there is a person responsible for safety to supervise or guide
  • Store out of reach of children.

WARRANTY

Limited Warranty
Wyze warrants to the original owner of the Product that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date you purchased your Product from Wyze or an authorized retailer (the “Warranty Period”) Wyze will, at its sole option, either (a) repair or replace any defective Product or component or (b) accept the return of the Product and refund the money actually paid by the original purchaser for the Product to the payment method used by the purchaser. This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Repairs or replacements may be made with new or refurbished products or components, at Wyze’s sole discretion. If the Product or a component incorporated in that Product is no longer available, Wyze may, at Wyze’s sole discretion, replace the Product with the available model nearest to the original model’s form, functionalty, and performance.
Any repaired or replaced Product received by you will be covered by the Limited Warranty for the duration of (a) three months from the date of replacement or repair or (b) the remaining Warranty Period on the replaced or repaired Product.
What the Limited Warranty does not cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

  • Products submitted after the expiration of the Warranty Period
  • Products submitted without valid proof of purchase
  • Products returned from outside countries where Wyze ships products
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
  • Products provided by Wyze or its designee for promotional purposes without charge
  • Products on which repairs have been attempted
  • Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence, or other use not in accordance with the Product’s Quick Start Guide or other instructions provided by Wyze
  • Products that have been modified
