1.2 Intended use With the TechniSat off-switch, it is possible to switch a consumer (e.g. a light) on and off via Smart Home or on the device itself. Furthermore, the power consumption can be determined at the same time or entire scenes can be controlled via Smart Home. The off-switch may only be installed in suitable flush-mounted boxes (DIN 49073-1).
1.3 Using Smart Home products safely Please observe the following instructions to minimise any safety hazards, prevent damage to the device, and help protect the environment. Please read all the safety instructions carefully and store them for future reference. Always follow all the warnings and instructions in this instruction manual and on the rear of the device.

WARNING The device may only be installed when disconnected from the mains. Switch off at the fuse and secure it against being switched on accidentally. Risk of electric shock!

WARNING Do not open the device under any circumstances! Touching parts that conduct voltages can be fatal!

Observe all of the following instructions on the intended use of the device and to prevent device defects and personal injury.

Do not repair the device yourself. Repairs may only be carried out

This device can be operated in any Z-Wave network and with other Z-Wave certified devices from other manufacturers. Non-battery powered devices within the Z-Wave network act as repeaters, regardless of manufacturer, to increase the range and reliability of the network.

4.2 Terminal connection The terminal on the off-switch is designed for cables of 1.5 mm² (fixed) or 1 mm² (flexible with clamping sleeve). The conductor must be stripped by 10 mm. The conductor can be connected and disconnected again by pressing the push-button with a suitable tool, e.g. a slotted screwdriver 2.5 x 0.4 mm.

5 Integration into the Z-Wave network (Adding /I nclusion)

5.1 SmartStart setup

SmartStart technology enables you to add your Z-Wave product to your Z-Wave network by scanning a QR code. The QR code is located on the back of the product, on the front of this manual or on the device box and is scanned via the primary Z-Wave controller and smartphone camera. After scanning, it may take up to 10 minutes for your new device to be added to your Z-Wave network.

The Z-Wave SmartStart QR code can be found on the back of the

TechniSat off-switch, on the front of this manual or on the device

box.

Activate the SmartStart function in your primary Z-Wave controller

and follow the operating steps to add a device.

WARNING Only trained personnel (electricians) may connect devices without plugs. Risk of electric shock!

Install the TechniSat off-switch in its intended position.

After the wiring and power supply have been properly set up,

switch the fuse back on.

After restoring the power supply, it may take up to 10 minutes for

the TechniSat off-switch to be added to your Z-Wave network.

5.2 Manual set-up

WARNING Only trained personnel (electricians) may connect devices without plugs. Risk of electric shock!

Install the TechniSat off-switch in its intended position.

WARNING The device may only be installed when disconnected from the mains. Switch off at the fuse and secure it against being switched on accidentally. Risk of electric shock!

After the wiring and power supply have been properly set up,

switch the fuse back on.

Set your primary Z-Wave controller to Inclusions mode (adding) and

follow the operating steps.

Press the upper push-button position (T1) 3 times within one second.

The LED lights up red while the TechniSat off-switch is being added

to the Z-Wave network.

If the set-up has been successful, the LED lights up green for 5

seconds.

5.3 Removing the device from the network

Set your primary Z-Wave controller to Exclusions mode (removing)

and follow the operating steps.

Press and hold the upper push-button position (T1) for at least 10

seconds.

The LED lights up red while the unlearning process is running.

The LED lights up green after the device has been successfully

removed from the Z-Wave network.

5.4 Resetting the device

Only use the reset in the event that a primary Z-Wave controller is missing or no longer functional.

The reset process erases the device’s memory, including the Z-Wave network controller information.

Press and hold the lower push-button position (T2) for at least 20

seconds.

If the set-up has been successful, the LED lights up alternately red/

green for about 5 seconds.

11 Central scene command class
The TechniSat off-switch can also be used as a scene switch. In the default configuration (page 20, parameter 1), the off-switch sends Z-Wave command class central scene trigger notifications to the primary Z-Wave controller when push-button positions T1 and T2 are pressed multiple times. When the respective push-button position is pressed multiple times, the following trigger notifications are sent:

12 Firmware update

The firmware for the TechniSat off-switch can be updated via the Z-Wave network. For safety reasons, an update must be confirmed manually on the TechniSat off-switch. Proceed as follows to update the firmware:

Observe all instructions and pop-ups on your primary Z-Wave

controller.

Perform a firmware version query for the TechniSat off-switch on

your primary Z-Wave controller.

The LED on the TechniSat off-switch lights up red for about 10

seconds once the firmware version query has been received.

Press T1 or T2 while the LED is lit red to confirm the update request.

The LED now lights up green for about 10 seconds.

While the LED is lit green, you can start updating the firmware for

the TechniSat off-switch on your primary Z-Wave controller.

Sur l’appareil :
Utilisation à l’intérieur – Les appareils portant ce symbole ne sont adaptés qu’à une utilisation à l’intérieur.

1.2 Utilisation prévue
Avec l’interrupteur TechniSat, il est possible d’allumer et d’éteindre un consommateur, par exemple une lampe, via Smart Home ou sur l’appareil luimême. Il est également possible de mesurer la consommation d’énergie ou de contrôler des scènes entières via Smart Home. L’interrupteur ne peut être installé que dans des boîtes encastrées appropriées (DIN 49073-1).
1.3 Utilisation sûre des produits smart home
BiGe respecte les consignes suivantes afin de minimiser les risques de sécurité, d’éviter d’endommager l’appareil et de contribuer à la protection de l’environnement. Lisez attentivement toutes les consignes de sécurité et conservez-les pour toute question ultérieure. Respecte toujours tous les avertissements et Consignes dans ce mode d’emploi et sur le dos de l’appareil.
AVERTISSEMENT ! Cet appareil est uniquement destiné à être encastré. Seul un personnel qualifié (électricien) peut brancher des appareils sans fiche. Il y a un risque de choc électrique

4.2 Connecter la borne La borne sur l’interrupteur est conçue pour des câbles de 1,5 mm² (fixe) ou 1 mm² (flexible avec douille de serrage). Le conducteur doit être dénudé sur 10 mm. Le conducteur peut être connecté et déconnecté en actionnant le boutonpoussoir avec un outil approprié, par exemple un tournevis à lame plate 2,5 x 0,4 mm.

5 Intégration dans le réseau Z-Wave (Ajouter/Inclure)

5.1 Installation de SmartStart

Grâce à la technologie SmartStart, il est possible d’ajouter ton produit Z-Wave à ton réseau Z-Wave en scannant un code QR. Le code QR se trouve au dos du produit, sur le devant de ce manuel ou sur la boîte de l’appareil et est scanné via le contrôleur Z-Wave principal et l’appareil photo du smartphone. Après le scan, cela peut prendre jusqu’à 10 minutes pour que ton nouvel appareil soit ajouté à ton réseau Z-Wave.

Le code QR Z-Wave SmartStart se trouve au dos de l’interrupteur

TechniSat, sur la face avant de ce manuel ou sur le carton de

l’appareil.

Active la fonction SmartStart dans ton contrôleur Z-Wave primaire et

suis les instructions pour ajouter un appareil.

5.2 Configuration manuelle

Mets ton contrôleur Z-Wave principal en mode Inclusion (ajouter) et

suis les instructions.

Appuie sur la position supérieure du bouton (T1) 3 X en l’espace

d’une seconde.

La LED s’allume en rouge pendant que l’interrupteur TechniSat

est ajouté au réseau Z-Wave.

Une fois l’installation réussie, le voyant s’a l l u m e en vert pendant

5 secondes.

5.3 Supprimer l’appareil du réseau

Mets ton contrôleur Z-Wave principal en mode exclusion

(supprimer) et suis les instructions.

Appuie sur la position supérieure du bouton (T1) et maintiens-la

enfoncée pendant au moins 10 secondes.

La LED s’allume en rouge pendant le processus d’apprentissage.

Le voyant s’allume en vert une fois que l’appareil a été retiré

avec succès du réseau Z-Wave.

5.4 Réinitialiser l’appareil

N’utilise la réinitialisation que dans le cas où un contrôleur Z-Wave primaire est absent ou ne fonctionne plus.

Le processus de réinitialisation efface la mémoire de l’appareil, y compris les informations du contrôleur de réseau Z-Wave.

Appuie sur la position de touche inférieure (T2) et maintiens-la

enfoncée pendant au moins 20 secondes.

Une fois la réinitialisation réussie, la LED s’allume alternativement en

rouge/vert pendant environ 5 secondes.

Les membres du groupe d’association 2 sont contrôlés par des commandes Basic_Set de la Basic Command Class.

Lorsque l’interrupteur d’arrêt TechniSat est activé, il y a un signal sur les membres Groupe d’association 2 une commande Basic_Set (0xFF) est envoyée.

11 Classe de commande de scène centrale
L’interrupteur d’arrêt TechniSat peut également être utilisé comme interrupteur de scène. Dans la configuration standard (page 20, paramètre 1), l’interrupteur envoie des notifications de déclenchement de la Z-Wave Command Class Central Scene au contrôleur Z-Wave primaire lorsqu’on appuie plusieurs fois sur les positions de bouton T1 et T2. Lorsque tu appuies plusieurs fois sur la position de touche correspondante, les notifications de déclenchement suivantes sont envoyées :

12 Mise à jour du firmware

Le micrologiciel de l’interrupteur TechniSat peut être mis à jour via le réseau Z-Wave. Pour plus de sécurité, il faut confirmer manuellement une mise à jour sur l’interrupteur TechniSat. Suis les étapes suivantes pour mettre à jour le firmware :

Observe toutes les indications et les encarts sur ton contrôleur Z-

Wave primaire.

Sur ton contrôleur Z-Wave primaire, effectue une demande

de version du micrologiciel de l’interrupteur TechniSat.

La LED sur le bouton d’arrêt TechniSat s’allume en rouge pendant

environ 10 secondes dès que la demande de version du micrologiciel a

été reçue.

Appuie sur T1 ou T2 pendant que la LED est rouge pour confirmer la

demande de mise à jour. La LED s’allume alors en vert pendant

environ 10 secondes.

Pendant que la LED est verte, tu peux lancer la mise à jour du

firmware de l’interrupteur TechniSat sur ton contrôleur Z-Wave

primaire.

Op het apparaat:
Gebruik binnenshuis – Apparaten met dit symbool zijn alleen geschikt voor gebruik binnenshuis.
Beschermingsklasse II – Elektrische apparaten in beschermingsklasse II zijn elektrische apparaten met doorlopende dubbele en/of versterkte isolatie en zonder aansluitmogelijkheden voor een aardleiding. De behuizing van een elektrisch apparaat van beschermingsklasse II met isolatiemateriaal kan de extra of versterkte isolatie geheel of gedeeltelijk vormen.
Je apparaat is voorzien van de CE-markering en voldoet aan alle vereiste EU- normen.

1.2 Beoogd gebruik
Met de TechniSat uit-schakelaar is het mogelijk om een verbruiker, bijvoorbeeld een lamp, aan en uit te zetten via Smart Home of op het apparaat zelf. Daarnaast kan tegelijkertijd ook het stroomverbruik worden gemeten of kunnen hele scènes worden aangestuurd via Smart Home. De schakelaar mag alleen worden geïnstalleerd in geschikte inbouwdozen (DIN 49073-1).
1.3 Veilig omgaan met smart home-producten
Neem de volgende instructies in acht om veiligheidsrisico’s tot een minimum te beperken, schade aan het apparaat te voorkomen en bij te dragen aan de bescherming van het milieu. Lees alle veiligheidsinstructies zorgvuldig e n bewaar ze voor toekomstig gebruik. Volg altijd alle waarschuwingen en Informatie in deze gebruiksaanwijzing en op de achterkant van het apparaat.
WAARSCHUWING! Dit apparaat is alleen bedoeld voor installatie. Alleen getrainde specialisten (gekwalificeerde elektriciens) mogen apparaten zonder stekker aansluiten. Er bestaat gevaar voor elektrische schokken!
WAARSCHUWING! Het apparaat mag alleen worden geïnstalleerd als het spanningsloos is. Schakel de zekering uit en beveilig deze tegen onbedoeld inschakelen. Er bestaat gevaar voor elektrische schokken!

Stel het apparaat niet bloot aan druipend of spattend water

(beschermingsklasse IP20). Als er water in het apparaat komt, schakel

het dan uit en neem contact op met de servicedienst.

Stel het apparaat niet bloot aan warmtebronnen die het apparaat

verwarmen n a a s t h e t normale gebruik.

Dit apparaat kan worden gebruikt in elk Z-Wave netwerk en met andere ZWave gecertificeerde apparaten van andere fabrikanten. Apparaten van andere fabrikanten binnen het Z-Wave netwerk werken als repeaters, ongeacht de fabrikant, om het bereik en de betrouwbaarheid van het netwerk te vergroten.
Dit apparaat is een beveiligd Z-Wave Plus product dat kan communiceren met andere beveiligde Z-Wave Plus producten via versleutelde Z-Wave Plus berichten.

4.2 Terminal aansluiten De aansluitklem op de stroomonderbreker is ontworpen voor kabels met 1,5 mm² (vast) of 1 mm² (flexibel met klemhuls). De geleider moet worden gestript tot 10 mm. De geleider kan worden aangesloten en losgekoppeld met geschikt gereedschap, bijvoorbeeld een sleufschroevendraaier 2,5 x 0,4 mm.

5 Integratie in het Z-Wave netwerk (Toevoegen/Insluiten)

5.1 SmartStart instellen

De SmartStart technologie maakt het mogelijk om je Z-Wave product toe te voegen aan je Z-Wave netwerk door een QR code te scannen. De QR-code bevindt zich op de achterkant van het product, op de voorkant van deze handleiding of op de doos van het apparaat en wordt gescand via de primaire Z-Wave controller en de camera van de smartphone. Na het scannen k a n h e t t o t 10 minuten duren voordat je nieuwe apparaat is toegevoegd aan je Z-Wave n e t w e r k .

De Z-Wave SmartStart QR-code vind je op de achterkant van de

TechniSat schakelaar, op de voorkant van deze handleiding of op de

doos van het apparaat.

Activeer de SmartStart-functie in je primaire Z-Wave controller en volg

de bedieningsinstructies om een apparaat toe te voegen.

WAARSCHUWING!
Alleen getrainde specialisten (gekwalificeerde elektriciens) mogen apparaten zonder stekker aansluiten. Er bestaat gevaar voor elektrische schokken!

Installeer de TechniSat schakelaar in de daarvoor bestemde positie.

Het apparaat mag alleen worden geïnstalleerd als het spanningsloos is. Schakel de zekering uit en beveilig deze tegen onbedoeld inschakelen. Er bestaat gevaar voor elektrische schokken!

Zodra de bekabeling en voeding goed zijn aangesloten, schakel je

de zekering weer in.

Na het herstellen van de stroomvoorziening kan het tot 10 minuten

duren voordat de TechniSat schakelaar is toegevoegd aan je Z-

Wave netwerk.

5.2 Handmatig instellen

WAARSCHUWING! Alleen getraind vakpersoneel (gekwalificeerde elektriciens) mag apparaten zonder Sluit de stekker aan. Er bestaat gevaar voor elektrische schokken!

Installeer de TechniSat schakelaar in de daarvoor bestemde positie.

Stel je primaire Z-Wave controller in op inclusiemodus (toevoegen) en

volg de bedieningsinstructies.

Druk binnen één seconde 3 keer op de bovenste knoppositie

(T1).

De LED brandt rood terwijl de TechniSat schakelaar wordt

toegevoegd aan het Z-Wave netwerk.

Na een geslaagde instelling brandt de LED gedurende 5 seconden

groen.

5.3 Apparaat uit het netwerk verwijderen

Stel je primaire Z-Wave controller in op Uitsluitingsmodus

(verwijderen) en volg de bedieningsinstructies.

Houd de bovenste knoppositie (T1) minstens 10 seconden ingedrukt.

De LED brandt rood tijdens het leerproces.

De LED brandt groen nadat het apparaat met succes uit het Z-

Wave netwerk is verwijderd.

5.4 Apparaat resetten

Gebruik de reset alleen als een primaire Z-Wave controller ontbreekt of niet meer functioneert.

Het resetproces wist het geheugen van het apparaat, inclusief de informatie van de Z-Wave netwerkcontroller.

Houd de onderste knoppositie (T2) minstens 20 seconden ingedrukt.

Na een succesvolle reset brandt de LED afwisselend rood/groen

gedurende ongeveer 5 seconden.

8 Basiscommandoklasse
Leden van associatiegroep 2 worden bestuurd met Basic_Set commando’s van de Basic Command Class.

11 Klasse Centraal Scène Commando
De TechniSat uitschakelaar kan ook worden gebruikt als scèneschakelaar. In de standaardconfiguratie (pagina 20, parameter 1) stuurt de u i t s c h a k e l a a r triggermeldingen van de Z-Wave Command Class Central Scene naar de primaire Z-Wave controller wanneer de knopposities T1 en T2 meerdere keren worden ingedrukt. De volgende triggermeldingen worden verzonden als de betreffende knoppositie meerdere keren wordt ingedrukt:

12 Firmware bijwerken

De firmware van de TechniSat-schakelaar kan worden bijgewerkt via het ZWave- netwerk. Om veiligheidsredenen moet een update handmatig worden bevestigd op d e TechniSat-schakelaar. Ga als volgt te werk om de firmware bij te werken:

Volg alle instructies en displays op je primaire Z-Wave controller.

Voer een firmware versie query uit van de TechniSat

schakelaar op je primaire Z-Wave controller.

De LED op de TechniSat schakelaar brandt ongeveer 10 seconden

rood z o d r a het verzoek voor firmwareversie is ontvangen.

Druk op T1 of T2 terwijl de LED rood brandt om het updateverzoek te

bevestigen. De LED brandt nu ongeveer 10 seconden groen.

Terwijl de LED groen brandt, kun je de firmware-update van de

TechniSat uitschakeleenheid op je primaire Z-Wave controller

starten.
