Product Usage Instructions
Quick Connection Settings:
- Plug in PoE+ cable or power adapter to turn on the display.
- If using Wi-Fi, connect a USB Wi-Fi dongle and install necessary drivers.
- Configure LAN network settings for PoE+ or connect to Wi-Fi network.
How to Start :
- Unbox and ensure all components are present.
- Install wall/glass mount or desk stand following the manual instructions.
- Connect to power via PoE+ or power adapter.
- Connect to the internet through LAN or Wi-Fi.
- Install and configure preferred applications.
FAQ

Q: Does the device support Wi-Fi connectivity?
A: The device does not come equipped with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules. You can contact your sales representative for accessory applicability. -
Q: What should I do if I need to dispose of the product?
A: Please do not dispose of the product with household waste. Recycle it responsibly through return and collection systems or contact the reseller for safe recycling. -
Q: Can I use power tools to attach the device to the mount or stand?
A: It is preferred not to use power tools to avoid the risk of causing damage to the device. We recommend using a manual screwdriver instead.

How to start

Step 1: Take contents out of the box, make sure all components are present.

Step 2: Install wall/glass mount or desk stand, check designated mount/stand manual for instructions.
We strongly advise to use a manual screwdriver instead of power tools due to the risk of causing damage to the device. -
Step 3: Connect to power via PoE+ or power adapter (optional accessory).

Step 4: Connect to Internet through LAN or Wi-Fi (USB Wi-Fi dongle is an optional accessory).

Step 5: If applicable, install and configure preferred application.
Quick connection settings
- Step 1: Plug in PoE+ cable or power adapter (optional accessory) to turn on display.
- If connection to Wi-Fi is preferred, please connect selected USB Wi-Fi dongle and check all necessary drivers for this.
- Step 2: If using PoE+ for both power and data, configure all the necessary settings for your LAN network.
- For Wi-Fi settings, navigate to the bottom toolbar and click the globe icon as seen in the image below. Select the desired Wi-Fi network, click “connect” and fill in credentials to connect.
This was the final step, now you can install all the required applications and configure the device for use. Please note! This device model is not equipped with a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules. If you need a Wi-Fi connection, contact your sales representative for accessory applicability.

The suitable temperature for the ProDVX Display and accessories is 0°C-40°C.
Please note that using the device at temperatures above or below the specified
