You cannot charge your device wirelessly in these scenarios:
Using a case with a magnetic / iron plate
Using a case with a pop socket
Using an ultra-thick (> 5 mm) protective phone case
Read the instruction manual thoroughly before use.

Using Your Product
Recharging the PowerBank
- Connect the PowerBank to the USB charger or computer with the provided USB charging cable. The LED indicators will start flashing during charging.
- Unplug the charging cable when charging has completed.
Charging your devices (Using Certified USB charging cable)
- Connect your devices to the USB-C port of the PowerBank with a certified USB charging cables.
- Unplug the charging cable when charging has completed.
Charging your devices (Wireless Charging)
- Press the On/Off button to activative the wireless charging function.
- Align your smartphone with Wireless Charging area of the PowerBank. If wireless charging LED indicator (blue LED Light) does not light up, adjust the way you place your phone to the wireless PowerBank.
- Remove your smartphone from the wireless PowerBank.
Note: Charging mode may vary based on various factors including devices
charged.
Max. output power to be 15W; and iPhone Series is 7.5W due to iPhone
restriction.
Serve as Wireless Charger
- Connect the PowerBank to the USB charger or computer with the provided 1M USB charging cable to recharge your wireless PowerBank.
- Flip over the foldable stand and securely place on a flat surface.
- Align your smartphone or device with the Wireless Charging area of the PowerBank (in Portraits and Landscapes) for charging the device.
User tips
- It is normal that the PowerBank gets warm during charge or discharge. It will gradually cool down to room temperature after use.
- Unplug the charging cable when charging has completed.
- This wireless PowerBank is not compatiable with non-MagSafe phone case.
- Wireless charging mode make charging more convenient than wired mode, but confined by current wireless technology, the charging speed is slower than that of wired chargers.
- Protective phone case and the position of our device on the wireless PowerBank will affect the charging speed.
- To preserve battery lifespan, use and recharge at least once every 4 months.

Recharging time may vary under different operating conditions. Longer recharging time may be required when using for the first time.

Warning: Some mobile devices or cases may attract metal objects. Keep the wireless charging area clean and remove foreign objects (e.g., keys, coins, paper clips, jewellery, etc.) between the mobile device and the Wireless PowerBank. The mobile device may not charge properly or may damage due to overheating.
Disposal of a powerbank into fire or hot oven, or mechanically crushing or
cutting of battery, that can result in an explosion. Leaving a powerbank in an
extremely high temperature surrounding environment that can result in an
explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas. A powerbank subjected to
extremely low air pressure that may result in an explosion or the leakage of
flammable liquid or gas. The product conform to EMC directive 2014/30/EU, RoHS
directive 2011/65/EU.
Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal waste, use
separate collection facilities. Contact your local government for information
regarding the collection systems available. If electrical appliances are
disposed of in landfills or dumps, hazardous substances can leak into the
groundwater and get into the food chain, damaging your health and well-being.
