If any fault or damage is detected on your product, please contact your dealer and provide your sales slip or invoice as evidence of the purchase, if necessary. Your dealer will repair the fault either on site, or send the device to PureLink. Please describe all faults in detail especially intermittent faults which may not be obvious at first inspection. Only with complete information can we be sure to repair all faults in full!

Product Details

Getting Started

Connect the power supply
Use the power adapter supplied with the product and plug it into the DC power port.
Connect with computer
Insert the USB-C cable into the USB-C upstream port on the back of the product and connect to the full-featured USB-C port of the computer.
Press the power switch
Once the power button is pressed, please allow a short amount of time for the device to boot.
Video extension switching hotkey
To activate either the Extended or Duplicated monitor modes, simply press the Windows key +P.
Safety
- Please disconnect the power before cleaning. Use a dry cloth to clean the product.
  Don‘t use liquid or foam cleaners.
- Avoid using this product in a humid environment.
- Do not use the product in an environment where the temperature exceeds 40°C.
- Install the device in an appropriate place so that it can not be easily knocked on to the floor.
- lf the product is not used for a long time, disconnect the power to avoid damage.
- Don‘t pour any liquid into the product to avoid fire or electric shock.
