Before using:

Remove all labels. Wash the product and dry it thoroughly.

How to use;

1. Place a damp paper towel in the IMUSA Tortilla Warmer.
2. Separate tortillas, re-stack them and place them inside the tortilla warmer.
3. Place the tortilla container in the microwave WITHOUT the lid.
4. Follow your microwave cooking instructions for preparation time. The microwave cooking time should range between 30-60 seconds. First-time users should start cooking time at 20 seconds and increment the time by 10 seconds until the tortillas are hot.
5. With caution, remove the tortilla warmer from the microwave and place the lid on the tortilla container to keep the tortillas warm.
6. Enjoy!

NOTE: Cooking times may vary with different microwaves and sizes or types of tortillas.

Tips and tricks:

• You may also heat or cook tortillas as usual and then place them in the tortilla warmer to enjoy hot and fresh tortillas later.
• Use your tortilla warmer for tortillas, arepas, flatbread, pita bread, naan, pancakes, waffles, small pastries, and more.

Care and cleaning:

Avoid contact with cold water while the product is hot. Wash it inside and out, with a soapy sponge. Do not use abrasive or metailic sponges. After washing the product, dry it thoroughly before storing it. HAND WASH ONLY.

Precautions:

• Be careful when handling the tortillas and tortilla warmer after being in the microwave. THE CONTENT WILL BE HOT!
• DO NOT place the container on the stovetop or oven, if using a stove to warm your tortillas, warm the tortillas separately and then place them in the IMUSA tortilla warmer to keep them warm.
• Do not use near open flame or hot surfaces.
• Do not place it in a conventional oven.
• Do not heat for more than 3 minutes in the microwave.
• Contents may be hot for up to 1 hour, make sure to handle them with caution.
• Never place the tortilla warmer in the microwave with the lid, as it will cause the lid to seal with the tortilla warmer base.

Warranty:

IMUSA Limited Warranty covers 90 days after purchase and is valid only for the following:
Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship. Returns will only be accepted if due to a manufacturer defect and will not be accepted after 90 days from the date of purchase. Returns will only be accepted with the original receipt.
IMUSA will replace your product when the claim is approved. For information on making a claim, please contact us by phone or email.
Upon approval of your claim, IMUSA will replace the item. Under the terms of this warranty, IMUSA has no further obligations other than to replace a defective product. Under no circumstances will IMUSA provide monetary refunds.
IMUSA shall not be obliged to replace any product which is not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase from IMUSA or an IMUSA-authorized retailer.

This warranty does not cover:

• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
• Damage arising from thermal shocks, drops, improper use, failure to follow the use and care instructions, or an unauthorized modification or repair.
• Normal product wear and tear.
• Discoloration, warping, or metal separation due to high heat, temperature shock, prolonged or uneven heat exposure
• Nonstick deterioration that may occur from misuse or abuse.
• Stains, discoloration, or scratches on the inside or outside of the product.
• Any accident caused by fire, flood, or similar catastrophic events.
• Commercial, professional, or workplace use.
• Nonstick damage caused by metal or sharp utensils.
• Damage caused by the use of scouring pads, steel wools, bleach, or any other abrasive cleaners or tools.
• Minor imperfections and color variations.
• Accessories are not covered by the warranty

Warranty will be only valid within the United States, Alaska, and Hawaii (excluding Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands).
