must this floor lamp be covered with any material as this could pose a safety

maintenance to avoid breakage. The lamp must be protected by a 3 amp fuse in
the mains plug. Never fit bulbs of a higher wattage than those specified on

Gently pull any excess cable through from under the base and then out through the side of the base. Nut can be adjusted and retightened to ensure the cable is at back of product when assembled.
