Thank you for purchasing UGREEN products. For optimum operation, please read this manual carefully before use.

Cautions

• This product is compatible with official MagSafe cases from Apple or magnetic cases from UGREEN. Using other cases may affect magnetic charging.
• Do not place metal objects (such as paper clips, or coins) or magnetic cards in the wireless charging area to avoid abnormal charging.

Recharging Your Power Bank

Tips

• Before initial use, please fully charge the product.
• It is recommended to use a charger of PD 30W or higher for the fastest charging experience.

Charging Your Devices

Wireless Charging
① For MagSafe-compatible iPhones (iPhone 12 models or later): snap and charge ② For other phones that support wireless charging:
Adjust the position of the phone to align it with the wireless charging area of the product.

• Place the phone on the wireless charging area and the product will automatically start charging. If it does not charge, please single-click the button.
• After charging is complete and the device is removed, the product will automatically power off

Wired Charging

• After connecting the device, the product will automatically start charging. If it does not charge, please single-click the button.
• After charging is complete and the device is removed, the product will automatically power off within 3 minutes.
• For low-current devices (e.g., Bluetooth earbuds, Bluetooth watches), it is recommended to use the Trickle Charging Mode for charging. The operation to enable/disable this mode is as follows:
  Activate Trickle Charging Mode: Press and hold the button for about 3 seconds, the battery indicator lights up one by one, then displays the current battery level of the product (cycling between these two states).
  Deactivate Trickle Charging Mode: It will automatically deactivate after about 3.5 hours, or you can press and hold the button for about 3 seconds to deactivate.

Tip: Do not use a multi-in-one charging cable to charge multiple devices simultaneously to avoid damaging your devices.

This product features over-temperature protection. Under full load, if the internal temperature of the product reaches the preset protection value, the output power will be automatically reduced.

Notes

• For the best charging experience, it is recommended to use the UGREEN charging cable or charger.
• If the product is not used for a long time, please store it in a dry environment. To ensure the service life of the battery, please fully charge and discharge the product at least once every 3 months.

WARNING

• Do not expose the product to excessive temperature or areas that may become hot, such as vehicles, sun exposure, heaters, microwave ovens, ovens, etc., otherwise, it may cause an explosion.
• When using a power adapter to charge the product, please ensure that it is CCC-certified and meets the standard requirements.
• Do not use uncertified or incompatible power adapters and charging cables, as doing so may cause fire, explosion, or other hazards.
• Do not store the product in a non-ventilated space for a long time, such as handbags, the confined space may cause fire or other dangers.
• Please dispose of this product according to local laws and regulations rather than as household waste. Improper disposal may result in an explosion.
• Do not use this product during thunderstorms to avoid product failure or risk of electric shock.
• During use, the temperature of the product will be slightly higher than room temperature, which is normal. It is recommended not to contact it for more than 10s.
• This product has a built-in battery. Do not disassemble, hit, crush, or throw it into the fire.
• Discontinue use immediately if the battery is severely swollen.
• Do not use it in a high-temperature environment.
• Do not use the battery if it is immersed in water!
• The battery is hazardous. Please keep the product out of the reach of children.
• If the battery has been accidentally swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, please seek medical attention immediately.
• If you need to discard batteries, please recycle or dispose of them properly according to local laws and regulations.
• Please store this product in a dry place, at room temperature.
