How It Works
Install Driver
This Ethernet Adapter is Driverless for Windows 8/10
Windows XP/Vista/7
- Insert the provided CD into your DVD/CD-ROM drive.
- Double-click corresponding folder from the Autoplay menu according to your operating system.
- Double-click “Setup.exe” to install driver. If Autoplay is disabled on your system, browse to your CD/DVD drive and run the application.
- Manually restart once the install completes.
Mac OS
- Download driver from UGREEN official website or contact UGREEN support team for latest driver link.
- Open “Mac OS X” folder.
- Double-click the”AX88179_178A.dmg”, and then run the “AX88179_178A.pkg” application to star/the install.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Connect Adapter
- Connect the USB 3.0 Network Ada pter to an available USB port
- Insert your Ethernet patch cable into R.1-45 Port. The Activity LED (yellow) will flash and the Link LED will stay green.
