Cast Bath
Step 1
Install parts 02,03,04 and 06 to the main leg support frame’s part 01. Repeat the process for the Centre leg part 05.
Step 2
You should now have completed assembled parts that look like what is in the
Step 2 image, see Step 3 to install these on your bath.
Step 3
Fix the completed leg assemblies to your bath ensuring they are evenly
positioned as shown with the support leg central. important Note
Please make sure the screws supplied part 07 is used, if you use screws that
are to long you will damage the bath.
Step 4
Locate your bath in the position required and adjust the feet to the desired
height, ensure the floor you are mounting the feet onto is solid and free from
any movement, if you are installing on a timber floor it is recommended to add
an extra support under the leg positions if required, this will avoid
movement. Once in the correct position mark the underside of the rim that Is
against the wail and remove the bath for a moment.
Step 5
It is recommended to securety fix a 50x25mm batten to the wall to support the
underside of the bath rim. Once the Batten is fitted, apply a bead of silicone
seatant onto the top of the batten and sit the bath into Its desired location,
now check the bath is fully level
on all sides. It is recommended to apply a further silicone bead between the
wall and bath before you then apply your tile or wall finish.
Step 6
Once your wall finish is inatalled apply a further silicone bead between the
Finished wall and bath. This will totally insure a solid and watertignt
installation. You can now install your bath panels.
