The First Pairing (Power on)

Step 1: To switch on the earbuds, just pull them out from(inside) the charging case. With the auto power feature, the earbuds automatically switch on every time you toke them out of the case.
Step 2: After powering on they go into connectivity mode with voice prompt “pairing” to pair with your smartphone/tablet via Bluetooth. This action is indicated by green LED lights that begin to flash.

Connectivity Mode

Step 1: Turn on bluetooth on your smartphone/tablet.
Step 2: In the device, search menu look for “Portronics Harmonics Twins S14”
Step 3: Tap and connect for the voice prompt to confirm the “Connected” status.Happy listening.

Note:
The pairing mode is active for a while of 5 minutes, if not paired in that time the earbuds will switch off.

Touch Features Explained

Short Press to:
- Pick/End calls
- Play/Pause music/video playback.
Short Press to:
reject incoming calls.
Double Tap R earbud to:
To jump to the next song/video
Double Tap L earbud to:
To jump to the previous song/video
Triple Tap R earbud to:
Increase Volume
Triple Tap L earbud to:
Decrease Volume
Long press L earbud to:
Activate Voice Assistant
Long press R earbud to:
Activate Gome/Music mode

When using a single earbud

Step 1: You can use both buds in mono mode. Just follow the general procedure to power on and pair.
Step 2: Your selected earbud will automatically switch to connectivity mode indicated by white LEO light flashes.
Step 3: Turn on Bluetooth on your phone/tablet device and search for “Portronics Harmonics S14” to connect/pair.

Notes:

Simply remove the other earbud from the case to switch to Stereo mode (i.e., both earbuds L-R). It will automatically turn on and pair with the previously selected earbud, enabling stereo playback.
You cannot skip tracks or return to the previous tracks in Mono mode.

Charging

Charge the Earbuds

Step 1: Place the earbuds back inside the charging case in the correct orientation.
Step 2: When the case lid gets closed, the case LED light indicates that the earbuds are being charged.
Step 3: The LED display Indicates charging and the battery left in the case.
Step 4: When the case is fully charged, The LEO display indicates 100%.

Note:

Before using the earbuds for the first time, it is recommended to fully charge the earbuds. Also, please keep the lid of the charging case closed while charging.
When the battery is 20% or lower, the LED blinks once every 30 seconds to indicate the same.

Charge The Case

Step:
To charge the case, plug one end of the provided cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer/ wall adapter/power bank, etc.

Voice Assistant

Step 1: Long press L earbud to activate the smartphone’s voice assistant
Step 2: The respective voice assistant screen pops up and you may place your commands at your convenience.

NOTE:
If you’re unable to access/trigger the voice assistant, you need to manually enable voice assistant in your smartphone’s settings.

Switching Off the earbuds

Step 1: Please remove both earbuds from your ears after usage.
Step 2: Place the earbuds back in the charging case.

The earbuds will automatically switch off (and enter charging mode).

Manual Power OFF

Step 1: Long press (L-R) earbuds and wait for the voice prompt MPower off’ indicated by white LED lights.
Step 2: Place the earbuds back in the charging case.

How to reset the earbuds

Step 1: Place the earbuds back inside the case.
Step 2: Unpair the earbuds from the device’s Bluetooth.
Step 3: In connectivity mode, long press(L-R) earbuds till they power off.
Step 4: Insert them in the case and pair them again.

Troubleshooting

Warning:

Please follow the instructions to operate
Please don’t use the ear-buds in extreme temperatures
Please don’t use the product near water
Please keep the product away from heat sources, as the heat may damage it
Don’t jam the ports such as charger port, LEO port, etc.

It is recommended to utilize the product below the maximum volume in order to protect hearing and extend the earbuds’ service life

Advisable:
The earbuds start at 100% volume and it may need to be reduced when the earbuds ore switched on at first. This con be done by using the phone/media device.
