Important instructions
- Non-observance of the following instructions may result in personal injury or damage to property.
- The following heated insoles are intended only for heating the human body on the feet.
- Do not use the device on children, disabled or sleeping persons, as well as on heat-insensitive people who cannot react to overheating.
- Children shall not play with the appliance.
- The following heated insole may only be operated in conjunction with the battery indicated on the label.
- Please do not pull, twist or bend the power cables sharply.
- When using the insoles for several hours, set the lowest temperature level to avoid overheating the heated body part.
- The supplied battery is not waterproof. Please keep the battery away from liquids and moisture when using.
- Always turn off the heating function when not in use.
- Discontinue use when the insoles get uncomfortably hot.

- The Thermrup Far Infrared Electric Heated Insoles are the best way to keep the soles of your feet warm & comfortable in cold weather.
- The unique technology provides large area heat over the sole of the foot and is battery operated making the product very portable to use.
- The following heated insole is perfectly suitable for long as well as for short boots and therefore ideal for winter sports.

Operating
Charging the battery
- It is recommended to fully charge the battery for at least 3 hours before first use or after a long period of non-use.
- Connect the charger cable to the battery and then to a power outlet to charge the batteries. During the charging process, the LED indicator flashes at the corresponding battery level. When charging is complete and the battery is fully charged, the 4 LED indicators will illuminate. Finally, you can disconnect the charger from the mains and the battery.
- To check the battery capacity, press the power button shortly.
- If the soleplate is not used for a longer period of time, it is recommended to charge the battery sufficiently every 6 months to ensure the continued functionality of the battery.
Operating the heated insole
- To fit your individual shoe size to the insole, please cut carefully along the cutting lines of the electric heated insole. The cut line on the insole indicates exactly the appropriate size.
- The tip of the heated insole can be cut without negatively affecting the heating function of the insole.
- Carefully place the insole inside the boot or shoes. Next, connect the plug of the cable to the socket of the battery. Fasten the gaiter along the leg and place the battery in the battery pack holder. You can tie the cable with the Velcro.
- Press the power key for approx. 2 seconds to switch on the battery. Next, briefly press the power key again (several times if necessary) to set the desired temperature level (1 to 4).
- Press the power button for about 2 seconds to switch off the battery.
- The remaining capacity: Please disconnect the battery from the cable and press the power button, the LED display shows the remaining capacity of the battery
Discontinue use when the sole gets uncomfortably hot.
Cleaning and Care
- The electrically operated heated insoles and the velvet accumulator gaiters can be washed in water by hand or in a washing machine at up to 45°C in a wash bag, if necessary.
- Before cleaning, always disconnect the batteries from the insole.
- Never use aggressive cleaning agents or strong brushes.
- Do not dry or iron the heating insole in a dryer.
