- Please DO NOT use the heating pad while sleeping!
- Do not use the heating pad on children, disabled or sleeping people, or people who are insensitive to heat and who cannot react to overheating.
- Children are not allowed to play with the heat pad.
- This heating pad is not intended for use in hospitals.
- Do not use folded or pushed together.
- Do not pull, twist or sharply kink the cable.
- Only use the heat pack with the power adapter supplied.
- If the heat pad is used for several hours, we recommend setting the lowest temperature level to avoid overheating of the heated body part.
- The heating pad switches off automatically after 120 minutes.
- Discontinue use immediately if the belt becomes uncomfortably hot.

The Thermrup Far Infrared Heating Pad provides deep heat for the body. It has 6 adjustable temperature levels. The temperature of the heating pad can be adjusted individually. The special rubber heating element has a large heating surface and provides an even heat distribution. The heating pad can be cleaned in a washing machine.
Operation
- Connect the supplied power supply to the “IN” port of the temperature controller. Next, connect the heating pad to the “OUT” port of the controller.
- Press the power button on the controller to switch on the heating function.
- Then, press the “Temp” button briefly (several times if necessary) to set the required temperature (40-45-50-55 ° C).
- Press the power button for approx. 2 seconds to switch off the heating function.
- Unplug the AC adapter from the outlet after use.
- The heating pad switches itself off automatically after 120 minutes.
If the heating pad is used for several hours, we recommend setting the
lowest temperature level to avoid overheating of the heated body part.
Stop using if you see redness on your skin. Excessive heat can cause
burns.
Cleaning and maintenance
- Before cleaning, disconnect the heating pad from the controller and power adapter.
- Never use aggressive cleaning agents or strong brushes.
- The heating pad can be washed in the washing machine up to 45 ° C in a washing bag or supplied washing bag.
