- The connection process depends on the operating system of the Wi-Fi device or computer.
- Establish the connection according to the specific instructions of the device.

Installation
Charge the battery
If the unit has not been used for a long time or the battery is completely
depleted, the unit may not be powered up immediately after the charger is
plugged in. Please charge the battery for about 5 hours before trying to turn
it on.
Note:
- Connect the supplied USB cable with your SV charger to charge the device via micro USB port. Using an incompatible charger or a charger from an unknown manufacturer may cause the device failure, or even fire.
- Charging time is about 5 hours to full charge.
- Micro USB port is used for data transmit and charging the Pocket WiFi, USB A Port is used for power output which can charge other electronic devices.
Power on
Press and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds until power turns on.

- Click “Orders” from “Your Account”
- Find order number of WiFi device
- Select the service plan you desire and be ready to go.
- How to Cancel the Auto Subscription?
- Go to your Top-up Center and find “My Subscription”
- Click the button” … ” and “My Auto Subscription”, then cancel it.

How to Connect Network
Connect Network Via WiFi
- Switch on the device by pressing and holding the power button for 3-5 seconds.
- Find WiFi Name (SSID) and Password (WiFi Key) on the screen or on the back of the device.
- Use the normal WiFi application on your computer or mobile device to connect. Select the Mobile WiFi network (SSID) , click Connect and enter the WiFi password (secure WiFi network key).
- The device will need about one or two minutes to connect to the network according to the WiFi. Check the display for connection status.
Congratulations – you now have internet access via Smart Sim Pocket WiFi 4G.
Note
- Manual WiFi connection must be required for the first time.
- The device will automatically connect to WiFi next time when power on.
- Supported devices are including mobile phone, iPad, laptop, computer,etc.
Connect Network Via WAN/LAN
Connect Ethernet cable to WAN/LAN port, then connect to your device, network
will connect automatically.
Login to Web Management

Connect with Wi-Fi device or computer by using USB cable or Wi-Fi. The driver window will pop up.

Open the browser and enter http://192.168.0.1

Enter the user name “admin” and password “admin” on the device to log in. web management page.

Click the upper right corner to modify the login password.

Click information to set device information and data limit setting.

Reset factory settings
If you forget the set user name, password or SSI D, you can enter the advanced settings to reset the factory settings. Press and hold the reset button until it restarts. -
Change SSID and password
Click WI-Fl setting to change Wift password.
It is recommended that you change its SSID and password before using it. -
Enable 32GB SD card sharing
- In HTTP sharing mode, the device only supports fat / FAT32 file system.
- HTTP sharing mode: sharing SD card through web browser. Removable drive mapping to SD card via USB port will be disabled.
- USB access only: with removable drive mapping, users can only access the SD card via USB cable. Web pages sharing SD cards will be disabled.
- Shared path: you can enter a shared path, such as / picture. By typing a slash in the shared file path, you agree to share the entire SD card.
- The shared path cannot be a point and cannot contain the following characters:<>”& apos; & + /\: * #?”‘

Wi-Fi standby (power saving mode)
If there is no Wi-Fi device accessing the machine within a few minutes, and there is no USB connection, Wi-Fi will turn off automatically. Then the whole device goes into power saving mode. Press the power button or WPS button or start charging the machine, and the Wi-Fi function will be turned on again.
Tips
When the machine is used for a long time, it will become hot and may overheat.
If this happens, the machine will automatically close the network connection
and close it to protect itself from damage. If this happens, please place the
machine in a well ventilated space to let the heat dissipate, then turn it on
and continue to use normally. If you are unable to use this machine properly,
please try the following operations:

. Return the machine to the factory settings .

Warranty Regulation and Liability
Terms and Conditions
Smart Sim grants a standard 12-month warranty. The terms of this warranty
begin from the date marked on the purchase invoice. Smart Sim will only
perform warranty service when the faulty unit is returned to Smart Sim along
with a copy of the invoice issued by the dealer.
In addition, the type label of the unit must be fully legible. If these requirements are not fulfilled, Smart Sim reserves the right to deny warranty service.
Exclusion of Liability
Warranty claims are excluded for direct or indirect damage due to:
- Use of unit in ways not intended, improper installation and installation that does not comply with standards, improper operation and unauthorized modification to the units, or repair attempts.
- Missing serial number.
- Operating the units with defective protective equipment.
- Influence of foreign objects and force majeure. 5: Inadequate ventilation.
