Installation
Charge the battery
If the unit has not been used for a long time or the battery is completely depleted, the unit may not be powered up immediately after the charger is plugged in. Please charge the battery for two and half hours before trying to turn it on.
Note:
- Use supplied 12V lA charger to charge this unit. Using an incompatible charger or a charger from an unknown manufacturer may cause the WiFi Router failure, or even fire.
- USB port is only connected for data transmit.
Power on
Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds until power turns on.
How to Top-Up &Cancel

Click the button “…” and 11My Auto Subscription”, then cancel it.

How to Connect Network
Connect Network Via WiFi
- Switch on the device by pressing and holding the power button for 3-5 seconds.
- Find WiFi Name (SSID) and Password (WiFi Key) on the back of the device.
- Use the normal WiFi application on your computer or mobile device to connect. Select the Mobile WiFi network (SSID), click Connect and enter the WiFi password (secure WiFi network key).
- The device will need about one or two minutes to connect to the network according to the WiFi. Check the display for connection status.
Congratulations -you now have internet access via Smart Sim WiFi Router 4G.
Note:
- Manual WiFi connection must be required for the first time.
- The device will automatically connect to WiFi next time when powered on.
- Supported devices are including mobile phone, iPad, laptop, computer, etc.
Connect Network Via WAN/LAN
Connect Ethernet cable to WAN/LAN port, then connect to your device, network will connect automatically.
Login
Enter IP address of the router (192.168.0.1) in web browser address bar to
access Web interface. When the login page is displayed, enter the username and
password to Log in. Username and Password is random and at the back of the
device.

Advanced Setting - >Firewall
Your router’s high-performance firewall continuously monitors internet
traffic, protecting your network and connected devices from malicious internet
attacks.
Port Filtering
Advanced Settings-> Firewall -> Port Filtering
You can configure port Filtering with MAC address.
Port Forwarding
Advanced Settings-> Firewall-> IP pass through Port Forwarding allows you to
direct incoming traffic from WAN side (identified by Protocol and External
port) to the internal server with private IP address on the LAN side. The
internal port is required only if the external port needs to be converted to a
different port number used by the server on the LAN side.
Port Mapping
Advanced Settings-> Firewall-> Port Mapping
You can configure a Port Mapping to enable external computers to access WWW,
FTP or other services provided by LAN.

Steps for Connecting Security Camera

Check the user manual of Camera to get the default IP address, for example: 192.168.0.1

Access to 192.168.0.1 to login WEB UI of 830, Click “Advanced Settings> Router”, and change the DHCP IP pool to “192.168.1.100-192.168.1.200” and then apply and save it
Click “Apply” button, and the router will be restarted

Click the “ON” button to switch the Connect Status OFF
Click “Yes” to restart the router

Click “Automatic” to change the default Mode “Automatic” to “Wireless Broadband Cable”, click “Apply”

Connect the Camera to the LAN Port of B30 Router.
Input “192.168.1.64” (the IP address of Security camera) on browser, and then you can access the management interface of Camera via connection to the camera.

Warranty Regulation and Liability
Terms and Conditions
Smart Sim grants a standard 12-month warranty. The terms of this warranty begin from the date marked on the purchase invoice. Smart Sim will only perform warranty service when the faulty unit is returned to Smart Sim along with a copy of the invoice issued by the dealer. In addition, the type label of the unit must be fully legible. If these requirements are not fulfilled, Smart Sim reserves the right to deny warranty service.
Exclusion of Liability
Warranty claims are excluded for direct or indirect damage due to:
- Use of unit in ways not intended, improper installation and installation that does not comply with standards, improper operation and unauthorized modification to the units, or repair attempts.
- Missing serial number.
- Operating the units with defective protective equipment.
- Influence of foreign objects and force majeure.
- Inadequate ventilation.
- Non-observance to relevant safety instructions.
