Product Usage Instructions

1. Open the battery cover on the bottom of the scale.
2. Install the batteries provided with the device following the diagram inside the battery compartment. Ensure correct polarity alignment.
3. Replace and securely close the battery cover.
4. Place the scale on a flat and hard surface.
5. Step onto the scale and remain still until the measurement is complete.
6. The device will automatically transmit the measurement results. An indicator will be shown during this process.
7. Upon successful transmission, the device will display an indication before turning off.
8. Access your measurement results by logging into your portal.

FAQ

• How do I know if the battery is low?
• If the battery is low, you may see a low battery indicator on the display or experience issues with measurement accuracy. It’s recommended to replace the batteries when this occurs.
• Can multiple users store their data on the device?
• Yes, multiple users can typically store their data on the device by setting up individual profiles or accounts within the associated portal or app. Consult the user manual for specific instructions on multiple user management.

Installing the batteries

If this is your first time using the device

1. Open the battery cover on the bottom of your scale.
2. During Install the batteries are provided with the device. Follow the diagram inside the battery compartment. For correct polarity, the springs should align with the negative side on the batteries.
3. Replace the battery cover until closed and secure.

Taking a measurement

1. Place the scale on a flat and hard surtace.
2. Step on the scale and remain still until the measurement is complete.
3. The device automatically transmits the measurement results. During this process, an indicator is shown in the middle of the display.
4. When the measurement is successfully transmitted, the device shows the following indication before turning off.
5. Log into your portal to see your results today.
