A: The App supports models including SRK25MWKHC1/SRC25MWKHC1, SRK35MWKHC1/SRC35MWKHC1, SRK53MWKHC1/SRC53MWKHC1, SRK25MWKH1/SRC25MWKH1, SRK35MWKH1/SRC35MWKH1, SRK53MWKH1/SRC53MWKH1, SRK25DE1/SRC25DE1, SRK35DE1/SRC35DE1, SRK53DE1/SRC53DE1.

• Install this app by scanning the QR code,
• Supported iOS iPhones: iOS 7.0 or later
• Supported Android phones: 2.2 or later
• Router need to be compatible with IEEE 802.11b/g/n, 2.4GHz Band.
• It is recommended to use selectable dual-band.
• (Simultaneous dual band router may cause connection problem between this app and air-conditioner).
• Language support English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese.
• Our company is not responsible for any network connection problems caused by router itself.

User registration

• Tap ‘Sign up now’.

• If you choose to register with mobile phone number, enter your mobile phone number, then tap ‘CN +86’.

• Select your mobile phone number country code, then tap ‘NEXT’.

• If you choose to register with email address, enter your email address, then tap ‘NEXT’.

• To verify your account, we’ve send a verification code to you via SMS/Email, enter the verification code and setup password, then tap ‘NEXT’.(Tap ‘resend’ if you didn’t receive any code)

User login

• Tap ‘Mainland’.
• Select ‘Other regions of China…’, then tap ‘Confirm’.
• Enter your mobile phone number/email address and password, then tap ‘Sign in’.

Adding room

• Tap

• Tap ‘Room management’.

• Tap ‘Add a new room’.

• Type a room name where your device located in, then tap ‘Save’.

• Tap ‘<‘ back to homepage.

Adding device

• Tap

• Tap ‘Device list’.

• Tap ‘+’.

• Ensure your smartphone has been connected to a 2.4Ghz WiFi network, enter your WiFi network password, not to tap ‘NEXT’ for now. If your current WiFi network is not 2.4Ghz band, tap ‘Switch network’ to connect a 2.4Ghz WiFi network.
  MWKH1 or MWKHC1 Series users, skip to Step 4.5a DE1 Series users, skip to Step 4.5b

• Warning:It is not recommended to poceed the following step during ‘SLEEP mode’ or ‘OFF timer operation’. Otherwise the ‘Temperature indicator’ will not display any signal.

• Aim the remote control to the air conditioner and press the ‘WiFi’ button with a pin, ‘66’ will be flashing on the temperature indicator, the device is ready for configuration, skip to Step 4.6a.
  Warning:It is not recommended to poceed the following step during ‘SLEEP mode’ or ‘OFF timer operation’. Otherwise the ‘Temperature indicator’ will not display any signal.

• Aim the remote control to the air conditioner and press the ‘ACL’ button with a pin, Adjust the temperature set point to 30℃ then press the ‘increase temperature button’ 10 times within 15 sec, ‘66’ will be flashing on the temperature indicator, the device is ready for configuration, skip to Step 4.6b.

Adding device (MWKH1 or MWKHC1 Series)

• Tap ‘NEXT’.

• Success) When configuration success. The signal ‘66’ will turn to glow, and last for 1 min, then display the set temperature, skip to Step 4.9a.

• Fail) When configuration failed. The signal ‘66’ will stop blinking, then display the set temperature. Try Step 4.1-4.6a again, or restart ‘Air+ air manager’ app. If you have failed after several attempts, please check the WiFi SSID and WiFi password is correct or not.

• Select a room to add your device, then tap ‘COMPLETE’, skip to Step 4.10.

Adding device (DE1 Series)

• Tap ‘NEXT’.

• (Success) When configuration success. The signal ‘66’ will turn to glow, and last for 10 sec, then display the room temperature, skip to Step 4.9b.

• (Fail) When configuration failed. The signal ‘66’ will blink for 1min, then display the room temperature. Try Step 4.1-4.6b again, or restart ‘Air+ air manager’ app. If you have failed after several attempts, please check the WiFi SSID and WiFi password is correct or not.

• Select a room to add your device, then tap ‘COMPLETE’, skip to Step 4.10.

• Tap ‘<‘ back to previous page.

• Tap ‘<‘ again back to homepage.

Device control

• Select the desired room to enter the control interface.
• If you tap , the button will turn , and turn on the device with automatically operation mode and temperature set point configured. Tap for further function.
