Product Usage Instructions:

Turning the System On:

  1. Open Mode Selection Menu: Touch anywhere on
    the welcome screen.

  2. Select Operating Mode:

    • Start a Local Presentation: Press “Present to Class”
    • Run a Web Conference: Press “Present to Web”
    • Show the Digital Signage: Press “Digital Signage”

Using the Main Menu:

  1. Choose Screen Layout: Press any of the five
    screen layouts shown.

  2. Select Video Source: Press the desired device
    under Sources or any of the student pods.

Volume Controls:

Program Audio Channel: Adjust volume by
dragging the slider or touching desired level on bar.

Mute an Audio Channel: Press “Mute” next to the
desired channel.

Changing Operating Mode:

  1. Open Change Mode Menu: Press “Change Mode” on
    the right side of the screen.

  2. Choose Option: Select between Local
    Presentation and Web Conference.

Camera Controls:

  1. Select Camera to Control: Press the name of
    the desired camera.

  2. Choose Operation:

    • Zoom Camera In or Out
    • Pan or Tilt Camera
    • Move Camera to Preset Position
    • Send Camera to Display(s)

Requesting Help:

  1. Open Help Menu: Press the Question Mark
    button.

  2. Choose Help Option: Download Operating
    Instructions or Speak with a Service Representative.

Turning the System Off:

  1. Open System Off Menu: Press the Power
    button.

  2. Choose Option: Select to leave Digital Signage
    playing on Video Wall or Student Pod Displays.

A: You can press “Mute All Students” in the Main Menu to mute
all student microphones simultaneously.
