Presentation
Trampolining is a fun activity that helps you to stay toned and in shape. It combines a cardio-respiratory workout, toning and coordination. It is for adults only. Keep out of reach of children under 14 years old.

Read all warnings on the product. Before using, read all the precautions and instructions in this manual. Keep this manual for future reference. All use of the trampoline is under your responsibility.
General Principles
General principles of use of your trampoline
- Read all instructions in this manual before using the product. Only use this product in the manner described in this manual. Keep this manual for the entire life of the product.
- It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that all users of the product are properly informed of all the user precautions.
- Domyos cannot be held liable for claims of injury or damage sustained by any person or property originating from the misuse of this product by the purchaser or by any other person.
- This product is intended for domestic use only. Do not use the product in any commercial, rental or institutional setting.
- Use this product indoors, protected from moisture and dust, on a flat, solid surface and in a sufficiently large space. Ensure that there is sufficient space for safe access to the product and around the product. To protect the floor, cover the floor with a carpet under the product.
- It is the user’s responsibility to ensure proper maintenance of the unit. After assembling the product and before each use, check that the fasteners are tight and do not protrude. Check the condition of the parts most subject to wear (such as the elastics and jumping mat).
- If your product is damaged, immediately replace any worn or defective parts via the After Sales Service of your nearest DECATHLON store and do not use the product until ii is fully repaired.
- Do not store the product in a humid place (by a pool, bathroom, etc.).
- To protect your feet while exercising, wear sports shoes. DO NOT wear loose clothing that could become caught in the machine. Take off all jewellery.
- Tie long hair back so that it does not get in the way when exercising.
- If you feel any pain or if you become dizzy while exercising, stop immediately, rest, and consult your doctor.
- Before undertaking this exercise programme, it is necessary to consult a physician to ensure that there are no contraindications, especially if you have not exercised for several years.
- Do not modify your product.
- Max. user weight: 100 kg – 220.5 lbs.
- The product must be placed on a flat, stable and rigid surface.
Place of use of your trampoline
- Check that there is no ceiling above your practice area.
- Check that there is nothing above your trampoline that could get in the way (branches, cables, etc.).
- Keep your trampoline away from walls, barriers, fences, obstructions or any areas of activity.
- Check that there are no pointed or sharp objects near your trampoline.
- Check that your area of use is well lit.
- Secure your trampoline against any misuse.
- Check that there are no obstructions under the jumping mat.
- Any individual in charge of supervising the use of the trampoline must be an adult and understand the conditions of use.
Use your trampoline
- Do not attempt to perform acrobatics. Landing on the head or neck is very dangerous and can result in serious injury or death.
- No more than one person at a time on the trampoline (to prevent collisions).
- An adult who is familiar with this guide should supervise the use of the trampoline.
- The support bar is only to help with balance. Do not put your entire body weight on the support bar.
- Do not jump on the trampoline to climb on it.
- Do not jump with rebound or without rebound from the trampoline to get off. Sit on the edge and place your feet on the floor.
- Do not use your trampoline as an impulse to catch an object or jump out of it.
- You must be able to end a jumping session before moving on to any other action: To stop, bend your knees as your feet come into contact with the trampoline.
- Before you start, you must learn the fundamentals of jumping.
- Avoid jumping too high regardless of your skill level.
- When you jump, you should always keep your eyes on your trampoline.
- Do not practise if you feel tired.
- Do not leave your trampoline freely accessible without the supervision of an adult familiar with trampolining.
- Do not leave anything on or near your trampoline.
- Do not use the trampoline when under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.
- Check that your trampoline mat is dry before using it.
- If you want to improve your skills, contact a certified trampoline instructor.
- Do not use your trampoline if there is wind.
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance of the trampoline:
- Be careful not to hurt yourself at the edges when moving the product.
- Read the assembly instructions to assemble your trampoline.
- Check that your trampoline is in good condition before using it.
- Before each use, check that the jumping mat is not punctured or loose.
- Check before each use that the springs are not broken and that they are well covered by the circular protection.
- Only components supplied by the manufacturer should be used to maintain or repair the product.
- To ensure optimal traction on the ground, the foot caps must be clean and dry.
Medical caution
- Before starting any exercise programme, consult your doctor especially for people over 35 or those with previous health problems.
- Read all instructions before use. DECATHLON cannot be held liable for any personal injury or damage to property arising from the use of this product.
MAINTENANCE
- Protect your trampoline from water.
- To clean your trampoline, use a sponge and clean water. Then wipe it with a dry cotton cloth.
BASIC JUMP
- Start in an upright position, feet shoulder-width apart, head upwards and eyes focused on the mat.
- Swing the arms back and forth in a circular motion.
- Jump with your toes pointing down.
- Keep your feet apart when jumping on the mat.
- To stop, flex your knees on landing.
GUARANTEE
2-year warranty subject to normal usage.
DOMYOS’s obligation in compliance with this warranty is limited to the product’s replacement or repair, at the discretion of DOMYOS. All products for which the warranty is applicable must be received by DECATHLON at one of its approved facilities, delivery prepaid, accompanied by adequate proof of purchase. This guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
- Damage caused during transportation
- Misuse or abnormal use
- Poor assembly
- Poor maintenance
Repairs carried out by technicians not approved by DOMYOS
Use for commercial purposes
This warranty does not exclude any legal guarantees applicable according to
country and/or province.
