Tristar Telescopic Studio Stand Setup

  • Open a leg of the Heavy Cast Iron Base and secure it using the locking pin.

  • Repeat the same step for the other two legs.

Caster Wheel Assembly
  • Insert the Caster wheel into the leg of the Heavy Cast Iron Base.

  • The Caster Wheel is now securely attached to the Heavy Cast Iron Base.

  • Repeat the same step for attaching the remaining two Caster wheels.

  • After attaching the wheels, tighten them using a Spanner.

  • Push the lock downward to lock the movement of the Caster wheel.

  • Repeat the same step for locking the other wheels.
    Feature: The Push pin can be pulled up to fold in the legs when not in use.

Vertical Telescopic Pole Assembly
  • Loosen the bolts of the Heavy Cast Iron Base using the 6mm T-Type Allen Key and insert the Telescopic pole, as shown in the image

  • After the insertion, tighten all the bolts of the Heavy Cast Iron Base.

Telescopic Boom Arm Assembly
  • Loosen the knob of the Telescopic Boom Arm and mount it on the Telescopic pole.

  • Tighten the knob after mounting the Telescopic Boom Arm.

Adjustment of Telescopic Boom Arm
  • Pull the push pin and set the Telescopic Boom Arm at the desired position.

Feature: The Push Pin enables you to set the Telescopic Boom arm at a desired position.

  • After setting the Telescopic Boom Arm at the desired position, lock it using the locking knob.

  • Loosen the knob of the Telescopic Boom Arm.

  • Once the knob is loose, slide the Telescopic Boom Arm to forward/backward direction and tighten the knob to secure the arm in your desired position.

  • Loosen the knob and extend the Telescopic Boom Arm to the desired length.

  • Once the Boom Arm is at the desired length, tighten the knob to secure it.

Height Adjustment of Vertical Telescopic Pole
  • Loosen the knob of the Telescopic pole and set it at the desired height.

  • Tighten the bolts of the Telescopic Boom Arm and Telescopic pole using the 3mm L-Type Allen Key.

Ball Head Mounting
  • Pull the locking cap of the Jib’s tip backwards and insert the Ball Head.

Feature: A locking cap at the jib’s tip allows quick and secure attachment or detachment.

  • Now, mount the 5/8”- 27 to 3/8”-16 converter onto the Ball Head.

Blimp Setup

  • Mount the converter onto the Blimp (Not Included) securely.

  • Loosen the knob and set the Blimp at the desired position.
    NOTE: Use Knob to set the position of the Blimp.

  • Tighten the knob to secure the Blimp at the desired position.

Counter Weight Adjustment
  • Unlock the locking lever of the Counter Weight.

  • After unlocking the Counter Weight, adjust the weight per requirement.
    Feature: Achieve perfect balance by adjusting the counter weight forward or backward as needed.

Mic Setup

  • Mount the Mic (Not Included) on the Ball Head.

  • The Mic is securely mounted on the Boom Arm.
    Feature: The Tristar supports a generous payload capacity of 10kg / 22lb, accommodating your high-end recording equipment with ease.
