PUTTING INTO OPERATION

Connecting the hose

  • 1” and ¾” hose can be connected to the pump as standard. After cutting the hose barb, a ½” hose can also
be connected using a ¾ screw union and a standard quick coupling

  • ¾” hose connection (Fig.2)

Screw the threaded coupling into the pump (Fig. 2, point 1) and connect the hose barb (Fig. 2, point 2).
The hose must be secured to the barb with a tightening strap (Fig. 2, point 3)

  • 1” hose connection (Fig.3)

First, cut the ¾-hose connection from the hose barb.
Screw the threaded coupling into the pump (Fig. 3, point 1) and connect the hose barb (Fig. 3, point 2).
The hose must be secured to the barb with a tightening strap (Fig. 3, point 3)

  • ½” hose connection via quick coupling Screw the threaded coupling into the pump (Fig. 4, point 1 ) and connect the standard hose connection ( Fig. 4, point 2 ). You can then use a standard quick couplet **(Fig. 4, point 3)

Pump installation

  • always hang the pump on the eye on the top of the pump (Fig. 5, point 1). Always use a silk rope with the
appropriate load capacity for hanging (Fig. 5, point 2)
When installing at a depth greater than 5 m, secure the supply cable (Fig. 5, point 3) to the suspension rope
    with plastic tie straps.

ATTENTION! Never install the pump by hanging it on the outlet hose or power cord without additional support. For proper pump operation, the fluid must not contain any solid impurities

  • The pump must be submerged at least 150 mm below the surface and at the same time 30 cm above the
    bottom (Fig. 6)

  • The level at which the pump switches on and off can be set by fixing the float in the pump clip. (Fig. 7)

  • The pump can operate in manual mode, i.e. it does not switch off automatically. To do this, fix the float to the
    pump (Fig. 8)
