AC and R COMPONENTS V-4-1-8 Vibrations Eleminator
Product Information
The Vibration Eliminators are designed to absorb compressor vibration, reducing the risk of damage to system equipment and pipework. They can be installed in both the suction and discharge lines of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Suitable for use with various refrigerants and associated oils where materially compatible.
Specifications
- Allowable Operating Pressure: As per table
- Allowable Operating Temperature: -40°C to +120°C (V & VS models)
V Series
The V Series units are constructed with a deep pitch corrugated hose with a
stainless steel braid, reinforced by ferrules at each end. They are connected
to copper tube ends using a high temperature braze alloy.
VS Series
The VS Series is constructed entirely of stainless steel, with all joints tig
welded. This design eliminates the need to wet-rag the product during
installation. The VS Series offers higher maximum working pressures compared
to the V Series.
Product Usage Instructions
Installation
- Identify the suitable location in the suction or discharge lines for installation.
- Cut the lines to the appropriate length if necessary.
- Connect the Vibration Eliminator using appropriate fittings and ensure a secure connection.
Maintenance
Regularly inspect the Vibration Eliminator for any signs of wear or damage.
Replace if necessary to maintain optimal performance.
FAQ
-
Q: Can the Vibration Eliminators be used with all refrigerants?
A: The Vibration Eliminators are suitable for use with HCFC, HFC, HFO, CO2, A2L & HC refrigerants & associated oils where materially compatible. -
Q: What is the difference between the V Series and VS Series?
A: The V Series features a deep-pitch corrugated hose with a stainless steel braid, while the VS Series is entirely constructed of stainless steel with tig-welded joints, offering higher working pressures.
How It Works
The function of a Vibration Eliminator is to absorb compressor vibration. By installing a vibration eliminator, the risk of damage to system equipment and pipework is reduced.
Applications
A vibration eliminator can be installed in both the suction and discharge lines of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Vibration eliminators are suitable for use with HCFC, HFC, HFO, CO2, A2L & HC refrigerants & associated oils where materially compatible.

-
The V Series
Each unit is constructed of a deep-pitch corrugated hose with a stainless steel braid. The hose and braid are reinforced by ferrules at each end and connected to copper tube ends by a high-temperature braze alloy. -
The VS Series
The VS series is based on the proven design of the V series with a few modifications. The VS series is constructed entirely of stainless steel and all joints are tig welded. Consequently, there is no need to wet-rag the product during the installation process. The maximum working pressures are higher, as detailed in the table.
