Bathtubs Laurel Mountain bathtubs are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the following periods. The bathtub shell carries a limited lifetime warranty. The pump, blower, and heater have a limited 10 year warranty. All other parts have a limited 5 year warranty. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty shall be effective from the date of purchase as shown on the purchaser’s receipt. Laurel Mountain will repair or replace (at their choice) any unit which proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use and service, having been properly installed. The warranty is the only express warranty made by Laurel Mountain and is limited to the duration of this warranty. Any labor charges and/or damage incurred in installation, repair or replacement as well as incidental and consequential damages connected therewith are excluded and will not be paid by Laurel Mountain. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. The warranty is void for any damage to the bathtub due to abuse, misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, any use violating instructions furnished by us, or repair not authorized in writing by Laurel Mountain. Laurel Mountain, (LM) offers the following limited warranty on each of its shower enclosure products (the “product”) and the components thereof. This warranty extends only to the original owner or end-user for personal household use. For heavy glass swing units, wardrobe units, commercial uses, additional limitations apply.
Laurel Mountain warrants the LM manufactured components and glass of the product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period commencing from the initial date of purchase by the owner or end-user, contractor, or builder, from LM or an authorized LM dealer, through the lifetime of the original owner or end-user.
Laurel Mountain warrants the seal strip, polycarbonate, and vinyl components of the product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the initial date of purchase by the owner or end-user, contractor, or builder, from LM or an authorized LM dealer.
The Laurel Mountain factory applied glass protector (purchased separately) is not covered under the Laurel Mountain lifetime warranty.
Subject to the warranty service provision below, any product reported to the authorized dealer or to LM as being defective within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced (with a product of equal value) at the option of LM. This warranty extends to the original owner or end-user and is not transferable to a subsequent owner. This warranty does not extend to any labor charges incurred in the removal, re-installation or replacement of any defective products or parts thereof. This warranty covers parts only labor, freight and other ancillary cost are not included. Proof of purchase required to validate warranty claim.
Neither the distributor, authorized LM dealer, nor any other person has been authorized to make any affirmation, representation, or warranty other than those contained in this warranty. Any affirmation, representation, or warranty other than those contained in this warranty shall not be enforceable against LM or any other person.
Laurel Mountain reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time, it being understood that such modifications will not alter the warranty conditions applicable at the time of sale of the products in question.
Limitations This warranty shall not apply to instances of incorrect operating procedures, breakages, or damages caused by fault through improper installation, carelessness, abuse, misuse, misapplication, improper maintenance, or alteration of the product, as well as chemical or natural corrosion, accident, fire, flood, an act of god, or any other casualty. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wools, and harsh chemicals as these will scratch, damage, and/or dull the product and/or finish and void this warranty.
This warranty does not apply to products that have not been installed or operated in accordance with instructions supplied by Laurel Mountain and all applicable rules, regulations, and legislation pertaining to such installations.
Laurel Mountain is not liable for personal injuries or deaths to any persons or for any direct, special, incidental, or consequential damage, loss of time, loss of profits, inconvenience, incidental expenses, labor or material charges, or any other costs resulting from the use of the product or equipment or pertaining to the application of the present warranty, or resulting from the removal or replacement of any product or element or part covered by this warranty.

Pour les unités heavy glass swing, les unités canyon/sedona, les unités wardrobe, les utilisations commerciales, des limitations supplémentaires sappliquent.
Laurel Mountain garantit que les composants fabriqués par LM et le verre du produit sont exempts de défauts de fabrication et de matériaux dans le cadre dune utilisation et dun service normaux pendant une période commençant à la date initiale dachat par le propriétaire ou lutilisateur final, lentrepreneur ou le constructeur, auprès dLM ou dun revendeur LM agréé, pendant toute la durée de vie du propriétaire ou de lutilisateur final dorigine.
Laurel Mountain garantit que la bande détanchéité, le polycarbonate et les composants en vinyle du produit sont exempts de défauts de fabrication et de matériaux dans le cadre dune utilisation et dun service normaux pendant une période dun (1) an à compter de la date initiale dachat par le propriétaire ou lutilisateur final, lentrepreneur ou le constructeur, auprès dLM ou dun revendeur LM agréé.

Cette garantie sapplique au premier propriétaire ou utilisateur final et nest pas transférable à un propriétaire ultérieur. Cette garantie ne sapplique pas aux frais de main- doeuvre encourus pour le démontage, la réinstallation ou le remplacement des produits défectueux ou de leurs pièces.
