Product Usage Instructions

  • Charging a Mobile Phone:

    • If your mobile phone has wireless charging capability, simply place it on the charger for charging.
    • If your mobile phone does not support wireless charging, you need to install a wireless charging receiver on it before placing it on the charger.
    • Once the mobile phone is fully charged, all indicators will go on standby mode.
  • Safety Instructions:

    • Avoid opening the charger or exposing it to fire or water to prevent short circuits or leakage.
    • Avoid using the charger in high-temperature, humid, or corrosive environments to prevent circuit damage or leakage.
    • Keep the charger away from children to prevent electric shock. This product is not a toy.

Operation instructions

  1. A mobile phone with wireless charging can be placed directly for charging.
  2. The mobile phone without wireless charging needs to get installed with the wireless charging receiver, then it can also be placed for charging. 3. When the mobile phone is fully charged, all the indicators go on standby

Precautions

  1. Please use a qualified AC adapter. A 5W wireless charger can be used with a 5V/2A AC adapter; it is suggested that a 10W fast wireless charger be use with a QC2.0/QC3.0 fast charging adapter, because insufficient input current may results in unstable charging.
  2. Do not put metal objects or magnetic cards on the charging pad, which may damage the charger and not work.
  3. If this product stops working due to overheating of the receiving coil or charging pad during use, please remove the product. After the product cools down, try charging again.

FAQs

  1. Why the LED indicator keeps flashing, while my mobile phone does not get any charging?
    • Please make sure that your mobile phone supports wireless charging. The charging position is appropriate. AC adapter is qualified.
  2. Why the charging stops and continues, while the LED indicator flashes?
    • Your AC adapter charging current is not enough, please use an AC adapter with enough power.
  3. My device is hot while charging, is it normal?
    • it is normal for the receiving coil and charging pad to get heated during charging
