Product Usage Instructions
Power On/Off:
To power on the device, press and hold the Power button. To turn it off,
press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds.
Starting a Game:
Tap on “Play Golf” on the Home Screen to start the game. The device will
automatically select the nearest course based on your location. To change
courses, go to Settings > Course Select.
Slope Mode:
The device has a Slope Mode that can display slope-compensated distances.
Calibrate the unit by taking it to a Teebox or Green for more accurate
distances.
Screen Lock:
To lock the screen during gameplay, press and hold the Power button until
the Lock icon appears. Repeat the process to unlock the screen.
Charging:
Use the USB-C port to connect and charge the unit when needed.

Controls/Parts and Play
- POWER/BACK/LOCK BUTTON: see below for further explanation
- FLAG – Indicates pin has been moved in Greenview
- BLUETOOTH – Indicates in the unit is connected via Bluetooth
- BATTERY LIFE INDICATOR
- CENTER DISTANCE – Distance to center of the green (or pin, if it has moved)
- FRONT DISTANCE – Distance to front of the green.
- BACK DISTANCE – Distance to back of the green
- HOLE – Current hole number
- PAR – Par for the current hole
- SCORE – User’s current total score for the round
- SLOPE INDICATOR – Illustrates the calibration status for slope feature (see below for further explanation)

- HOME BUTTON/FAVORITE: Default is no function (To define favorite: Settings > Golf Settings > Home Button)

Quick Start Operation
- Power On: Press and hold the Power button to turn on the device. The Home Screen is displayed.
- To start the game, tap Play Golf on the Home Screen. With its effcient GPS connectivity, the device will select the course nearest to your location and even the hole if you are on a teebox or green. To change courses, navigate to Settings > Course Select. The device’s GPS connection will be even faster when you are outside, with a clear view of the sky.
- Navigate to functions from Front/Center/Back: (Power button navigates back to Front/Center/Back Screen)
- Greenview – Swipe Left
- Hazards and Layup points – Swipe Right
- Shot Distance Calculator – Swipe Down
- Menu – Swipe Up (Round Summary, Clock, Settings, Exit Game)
- Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds.
*From Front/Center/Back Screen, disregard Lock Screen, keep holding button.
Features
- Slope Mode (11):
- Indicates unit is calibrated and displaying slope compensated distances.
- Indicates unit is not calibrated and is displaying non-slope compensated distances.
- To display the Straight-Line Distance in Slope Mode, tap the Center Distance. Unit will display the Straight-Line Distance for 3 seconds, then return to Slope Compensated Distances.
- Blinking Slope Icon – Still receiving slope-compensated distances but need to update calibration for more accurate distances.
- Calibrate unit by taking it to a Teebox or Green.
- Screen Lock:
To lock the screen while playing a round, press and hold the Power button until the Lock icon appears. Repeat the process to Unlock.

- Magnet may lose part of its adhesive force permanently if exposed to temperatures above 175o F (80o C).

WARNING: Do not attempt to open the Phantom 3. The Phantom 3 contains a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Risk of explosion if the battery is replaced with an incorrect type.
- Do not attempt to open, disassemble or service the internal battery. The battery must be replaced by a qualified technician.
- Do not crush, puncture or short the battery’s external contacts. Do not expose to temperatures above 140o F (60o C).
- Do not charge the battery if the ambient temperature is over 113o F (45o C).
