Example of how to measure for contouring:
· Locate the centre line of the support surface the user is sitting on and mark it with tape. · Place the user on the centre line of the support surface in the desired seating position. · With a ruler, measure the distances shown in the diagram to the centre line of the cushion. · Write these measurements in the provided text box.

Note
If a measurement is on the users left side of the centre line, mark it as negative.
If a measurement is on the users right side of the centre line, mark it as positive.
