Cleaning Instructions
Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the product. Avoid scrub pads, detergents,
or cleansers as they may harm the finish. Damage from improper care is not
covered by the warranty.
Tools Needed for Installation
- Electric drill
- Tape measure
- Hammer
- Phillips screwdriver
- Pencil
- Lever
- 1/4 in. drill bit
- Silicone sealant
Installation Steps for Two-Post Installation
- Drill 5/16″ holes.
- Use the provided pin to install drywall anchors.
- Secure the mounting plate.
Installation Steps for Single-Post Installation
- Loosen the set screw and remove the mounting plate from the accessory.
- Position the mounting base and verify plumb.
- Mark the positions of the screw holes.
- For drywall into studs: Drill 1/8″ holes, and secure the mounting plate.
- For drywall between studs: Drill 5/16″ holes, use the provided pin for drywall anchors, and secure the mounting plate.
- For ceramic tile: Drill 1/4″ holes, insert ceramic anchors, and secure the mounting plate.
- Slide the accessory onto the mounting plate and tighten the set screw.
Installation Considerations
- These products should be located and mounted to a wall stud. While it is possible to mount them to any surface, a stud-mounted product will yield the best results.
- Keep this booklet and the receipt (or other proof of date and place of purchase) for this product in a safe place. The receipt is required to request warranty parts.
- Please keep the box and packaging materials until your product is completely installed.
