Assembly guide
Peak Ergonomic Chair
Caution
Follow each of the steps in this guide to ensure that the chair is properly
assembled and supported. Please read the instructions before starting the
assembly. Using the illustrations below, verify that all components required
for assembly have been supplied with the order. Do not discard the packaging
until the product has performed satisfactorily.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
Please follow these instructions carefully to avoid any potential injuries:
- This product is intended for seating only. Do not stand or use it as a stepladder.
- Ensure all bolts and parts are securely tightened before using this product.
- If any parts are missing, damaged, or worn, stop using this product and contact the manufacturer for replacement parts.
- Do not sit on the armrest of this product.
- This product is designed for one person to sit on at a time.
- Children under the age of 10 should only use this product under adult supervision.
Parts and materials
Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Casters Installation
Flip the base upside down and insert the casters into their assigned slots.
Step 2: Gas Lift Installation
Insert the gas lift into the base.
Step 3: Bolt and Washer Fastening
Using the screwdriver, ensure the bolts and washers are tightly fastened into
the corresponding holes on the base.
Step 4:
To reveal the screw holes, simultaneously lift the handle and push the
mechanism to the end in the direction of the arrow.
Step 5:
Using the screwdriver, insert the bolts, spring lock washers, and washers
into the holes on the base and tighten them until they are aligned.
Step 6:
Using the screwdriver, insert the bolts, spring lock washers, and washers
into the holes on the base and tighten them until they are aligned.
Step 7:
Place three bolts and their corresponding washers at the location indicated
below, securing the chair back to the seat.
Step 8:
Lower the seat on the gas lift.
Step 9:
Place the headrest at the top of the seat back.
