Introduction
Overview
The iSpeaker M260 is a smart docking speakerphone with USB-C port. It is ideal
for home office and office work. With a 360-degree 4pcs Omni-directional
microphone built in, it can pick up voice from far-field. Advanced audio DSP
algorithm including automatic echo cancellation, noise reduction and speech
enhancement can reduce background noise and echo.
Built-in USB Type-C docking integration, it can be connected to external USB
devices including USB camera, USB flash, keyboard & mouse, PC monitor or power
adapter to achieve multifunctional connection with laptops. It also supports
plug and play, and compatible with all leading UC platforms.

Applications and Wiring
The device supports two applications to extent multifunctional connection with
laptop.
Note: After the speakerphone is connected to a laptop, its speaker and
mic can be detected by laptop’s system and specific application in the name of
the following:
- Speaker Name: iSpeaker M260
- Mic Name: iSpeaker M260
Application 1: With Power Delivery Via USB-C Power Adapter
Wiring Steps for Application 1:
- Connect HDMI port of the device to an HDMI display.
- Connect USB devices such as USB camera to USB-A ports.
- Connect USB-C (Power) to a power adapter for power supply.
- Connect USB-C (Laptop) to a laptop.
Application 2: With Power Delivery Via USB-C Display
Wiring Steps for Application 2:
- Connect USB devices such as a camera to USB-A ports (same as step 2 of Application 1).
- Connect USB-C (Power) port to an USB-C display (with PD function). Note:
- The display can supply power for the device.
- The USB-C (Power) port also supports data transmission, and users can extend other peripheral devices through the connected USB-C display.
- Connect USB-C (Laptop) to a laptop.
Power Requirements
The device can be powered via the following two ways:

Powered by the Laptop (through USB type-C (Laptop), 5V/3A recommended).
In this case, the device is not connected to any external power supply, the USB 3.0 Type-A ports of the device can only provide 300mA current, which is used to connect low-power USB devices such as mouse and keyboard. -
Powered by attaching the A/C power adapter (USB type-C) or a USB type-C monitor with PD function.
When users attach the A/C power adapter or USB-C PD monitor to the device, it will reserve 15w of power itself.

Note
- We recommend using a power adapter above 75W as the charging power of most laptops on the market currently is 60W.
- When the device is connected to an A/C adapter or a USB-C display with PD function, it can be seen as a powered USB hub to power external USB devices such as USB hard drives. Without the A/C power adapter connected, the USB ports of the device can only be used to power low-power USB devices such as keyboard and mouse.
