Libec FPR-1 Foot Pedal Remote Control

Caution
Injury may happen if guidelines are not followed properly.

  • Do not connect the Main unit’s LAN Cable to devices other than the
  • Foot Pedal Controller. Also, do not connect the Foot Pedal Controller’s
  • LAN Cable to devices other than the Main Unit.
  • Do not connect other device LAN Cables to the Main Unit or the Foot Pedal Controller.
  • Do not pull on or apply force to the LAN Cable when connected to the product or it may damage the cable.
  • The Foot Pedal Controller is not waterproof.

Precaution before use

  1. Plugs covered with dust may result in an electrical insulation failure and/or may cause a fire.
  2. Properly insert plugs into an outlet to prevent any contact between plug prongs and metallic objects such as paper clips.
  3. Do not plug or unplug the cord with wet hands.
  4. Do not step on the Foot Pedals roughly or improperly.
  5. Stepping on parts other than the Pedals may cause injury and/or damage to the Foot Pedal Controller.
  6. Do not step on the Foot Pedals while barefoot as it may result in an injury.

  4. LAN Port
  5. LAN Cable (30m) (Optional)
  6. Connector
  7. Lock

Connecting the Foot Pedal Controller

  1. Connect the LAN Cable to the Main Unit’s LAN Port.
  2. With the Lock facing down, insert the cable until it clicks.
  3. Connect the LAN Cable to the Foot Pedal Controller.
  4. With the Lock facing up, insert the cable until it clicks.
  5. The LED will light up when properly connected.
    • To disconnect the LAN Cable, pull out the cable while pressing down on the Lock.
    • The Foot Pedal Controller and another controller cannot be used at the same time as LX-ePed.

Operating the pedestal

  1. To move the Upper Column upward, step on the Pedal marked (Up).
  2. To move the Upper Column downward, step on the Pedal marked (Down).
  3. The speed of the Upper Column depends on the amount of pressure applied to the Pedal.
  4. The more pressure that is applied on the Pedal, the faster the Upper Column moves.
  5. The raising-lowering speed is approx. 14 sec. to 40 sec./400 mm, however, the speed will vary depending on the weight of the equipment mounted on the LX-ePed in addition to operating environments.
