When the ice deposit becomes full, empty it immediately. Do not let ice
overflow from the ice collecting tray, it may block the sensor and stop
production.

automatically.
CLEANING GUIDE
- Clean the interior, ice tray, water tank and ice scoop frequently. When cleaning, unplug the unit and remove the ice cubes. Use a diluted water and vinegar solution to clean the inside and outside surface of the ice maker. Rinse well before use.
- Keep ventilation openings free of obstructions. Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrosting process other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
- To ensure clean ice, change the water in the reservoir at least once a day. If you don’t use it for a long time, please drain the water and clean it.
- If the compressor does not work due to lack of water, full ice tank, power failure, etc., it will delay start for 3 minutes after restarting.
- Always use clean water before beginning ice production, whether at initial installation or after a long period of inactivity.
- Depending on the actual use of the machine, the filter grid of the water tank should be cleaned periodically to prevent the water inlet from being blocked by scale. Like shown in the next figure.
– Remove the ice tray and filter cover from the water tank, clean the filter cover with clean water with a brush, and then put them back in place.
TROUBLESHOOTING
- Please note that if a power failure occurs due to disconnection of the power cord, or if the power button is pressed during an ice making cycle, small pieces of ice may form and become lodged in the ice making cycle. automatic shovel and cause it to get stuck. If this occurs, the ice chunks can be removed by unplugging the power cord and gently pushing the shovel toward the rear and removing the ice chunks, then restarting.
- Check whether the water tank is flat when the ice shovel cannot remove ice to the ice collecting tray. Otherwise, push the ice shovel gently with your finger and then press Start/Pause to restart.
