Product Usage Instructions

Installation:

1. Ensure the device is mounted on a metallic tank in an
industrial area.

2. Clean the weld connector for particles before
installation.

3. For LLS 4000, use a torque of 10 Nm/7.4 lb ft pre-tightening
+ 45 degrees clockwise rotation.

4. Make sure to leave the sensor assembled during both
electrical and mechanical installation.

Electrical Connection:

1. Use a straight M12 female connector cable.

2. Connect the cables according to the color code: Red to 1,
Green to 2, White to 3, Black to 4.

3. Fasten the wire approximately 100 mm from the LLS.

LED Indicators:

– Green light LED: Indicates level detection.

– Yellow light LED: Indicates a fault in the LLS 4000/4000U.

– Red light LED: Indicates SIL2 fixed configuration.

FAQ

Q: What is the power supply specification for the product?

A: The power supply required is 24 V DC with a tolerance of +/-
25% and a maximum current of 80 mA.

Q: Can the device be installed vertically or inclined?

A: Vertical or inclined installation is not recommended due to
the risk of gas pockets.

Q: How can I detect faults in the LLS 4000/4000U?
