Product Usage Instructions
Locking and Unlocking:
To lock the device, push on the lid until it clicks shut. Test to ensure it
is securely locked. To unlock, turn the key 1/4 turn counter-clockwise. If the
strap does not easily pass through the locking buckle, follow these steps:
- Gently push the strap end into the lock until it meets resistance with the lock in the open position.
- Using your thumb, push the lock latch down halfway (do not close all the way).
- Repeat the process until the strap feeds itself through the passage.
Storage and Handling:
This device is intended for use in normal indoor environments and can be
stored at ambient warehouse temperatures with normal humidity levels. Avoid
exposing the device to excess moisture or high humidity to prevent damage to
product materials.
Washing Instructions:
When washing the device, fasten all buckles to minimize damage during wash
and dry cycles. For maximum product life, launder in a laundry bag. Do not put
stainless steel buckles through a water extractor as it may crush the buckle.

Important Instructions

If the strap does not easily pass through the locking buckle, check to see if there is an obstruction in the lock, or if the strap end is bent or curled. If the strap end is relatively straight and the lock is unobstructed, but the strap still does not pass easily into and through the lock, try the following:
- With the lock in the “open” position, gently push the strap end into the lock until it meets resistance.
- With the thumb of the opposite hand, gently push the lock latch down halfway (as if the lock is being closed, but DO NOT close all the way) (Fig. 1).
- Repeat the process several times until the strap feeds itself through the passage.
