to access DC NACS chargers at different times, depending on their respective

COMPATIBILITY :
This adapter is only suitable for CCS1 port equipped vehicles. This adapter
only supports Level 3 DC charging. This adapter is not compatible with Level 1
and level 2 AC charging. This adapter is intended for NACS DC chargers. This
adapter will only work on V3 and V4 Tesla Superchargers (min. 250kW). This
adapter will not work on V1 and V2 Tesla Superchargers. This adapter will not
work on DC chargers retrofitted with a CHAdeMO to Tesla adapter.

This adapter features a dual level locking mechanism within the top latch.
The first locking level raises the CCS1 side latch.

once pressed.

HOW TO USE :
To start the charging process :
Fully insert your adapter into the vehicle.
Fully insert the NACS charging handle into the adapter.
If your vehicle is compatible with Plug & Charge, the charging process
should start by itself within a few seconds
If not :
Initiate the charging process through the charging station’s app or the
vehicle’s infotainment.
To stop the charging process :
Stop the charging process through the app, the vehicle or the NACS
handle stop button.
Make sure the charging process has completely stopped.
Unplug the NACS plug from the adapter.
Unplug the adapter from the vehicle using the
top latch.

solely for vehicles that do not necessitate ventilation during the charging
process. CAUTION: Should the NACS to CCS1 Adapter appear defective, cracked,
frayed, broken, or damaged in any manner or if it fails to function, please
refrain from using it. CAUTION: Avoid any attempt to open, disassemble,
repair, tamper with, or alter the NACS to CCS1 Adapter, as it is not designed
for user servicing. For any necessary repairs, please get in touch with A2Z
EV/EVSE. CAUTION: While charging the vehicle, do not disconnect or try to
disconnect the NACS to CCS1 Adapter. CAUTION: Exercise care when handling or
transporting the NACS to CCS1 Adapter to prevent damage to the adapter or its
components. Avoid subjecting it to excessive force, impacts, pulling,
twisting, tangling, dragging, or stepping on it.

foreign objects. If any foreign objects are present or if there are signs of
damage or corrosion on the NACS to CCS1 Adapter, refrain from using it.
CAUTION: Do not come into contact with the end terminals of the NACS to CCS1
Adapter using sharp metallic objects such as wires, tools, or needles.
CAUTION: Refrain from damaging the NACS to CCS1 Adapter with sharp objects.

Troubleshooting :
My adapter does not work: Make sure your vehicle has access to the DC NACS
charging network. Make sure the adapter and NACS connector are fully inserted.
Make sure the NACS DC charger accepts CCS1 vehicles (V3 and V4). Initiate the
charging process through the charger’s application. Initiate the charging
process through the vehicle’s app or infotainment. Change charging stall as
the one you are trying to use may be defective.

I am getting very low charging speeds : For optimal charging speeds, a very
low SOC (state of charge (%)) upon your arrival at the charging station is
recommended. The NACS DC chargers may be crowded and power is shared between
other EVs. Change charging stall as the one you are trying to use may be
defective.
If these steps are not helpful, contact us.
I was charging and the charging process suddenly stopped : Change charging
stall as the one you are trying to use may be defective. The adapter is
equipped with temperature sensor switches, if the adapter’s temperature is too
high you may at first experience derating and then interruption of the
charging process. Let the adapter cool down for a few minutes and try again.

Troubleshooting :
I am unable to unplug the adapter from the vehicle : Ensure the vehicle’s
charge port locking system is not engaged Some vehicles feature an unlock
button on the charge port, you may use the vehicle’s infotainment or app to
ensure proper unlocking of the adapter through the charge port. The adapter
features a dual level locking mechanism – the first level allows movement of
the top latch. Make sure you are pressing the top latch firmly.
