- While the earphones are outside the charging case and not playing, touch either earphone for 5 seconds to turn it off (the left and right earphones must be turned off separately).
Wearing
- Place the ear hook part on the left and right earphones on your left and right ears, as shown in the diagram.
- Adjust the earphones’ sound outlets to align with your ear canals for secure and stable wear, preventing them from moving around.
- If you feel that the earphones are prone to loosening after wearing them, please take out the earphone braces (installed in the accessory box) and place them on the outer shell of the lower part of the earphones, as shown in the figure.
- Wearing it again can ensure a secure fit. Pay attention to the assembly direction: The side of the earphones and earphone braces printed with L or R text needs to be kept on the same side.

After the earphones power on, the red and white lights will alternate
flashing. Open your phone’s Bluetooth settings, search for Bluetooth devices,
and click on the Bluetooth signal [TOZO OpenEgo] to connect. Once connected,
the indicator lights will turn off.
Reset
If you accidentally get only one earbud work or fail to pair each other,
please reset it: When the earphones are powered on and in pairing mode,
quickly tap either earphone six times. After the white indicator light blinks
rapidly six times, a red light will stay on for 1 second, indicating the
earphones are powered off. After turning off, the earphones will automatically
power on, indicating a successful factory reset.
