Wearing Steps
Step 1
Ensure the earbud tip facing downwards, then place the earbuds into the
ear.
Step 2
Rotate earbuds back to the auricle side to fit snugly.
Operation of earbuds
How to pair
- Take out the two earbuds from the charging case, they will turn on automatically and link to each other within 10 seconds.
- The two earbuds flash alternately in red and blue (pairing mode).
- Search for the pairing name [TOZO Tonal Dots] and select it on your mobile.
Another method of turning on & turning off
Turn on
Press and hold the touch button for about 3 seconds to turn on (the headset is
turned off without the charging case)
Turn off
When the headset is not playing music, press and hold the touch button for
about 5 seconds to turn it off.
Clear pairing list
- Both earbuds are removed from the charging case, long press them for 5s, the red light on 1s and the earbuds are turned off.
- Long press the left earbuds for 3s, and the blue light on 1s to turn on. While the red and blue light flashes alternately, triple-click the earbud, and the earbud will turn off after the pink light on 1s and red light 1s; right earbud operation as above.
Reset
If only one earbud conn-connects phone/the two earbuds can not pair together,
please try the below new reset steps:
- Delete all [TOZO Tonal Dots] Bluetooth records on your phone, then turn off the Bluetooth.
- Pick up two earbuds from the charging case, then press and hold both earbuds untill the red lights on to turn off the earbuds, and then release your fingers(that means to press and hold about 5s).
- Press and hold both earbuds again, and release your fingers after the blue light fast blinks for 3 seconds (that means press and hold for about 10).
- Reset is complete when one of the earbuds flashes red and blue alternately, turn on the Bluetooth to connect again.
Charging
Charging the Earbuds
- Put the earbuds into the charging case, they will power off & be charged automatically. When the red LED lights up, it means that the earbuds are being charged from the charging case.
- When the Bluetooth headset is fully charged, the charging case will automatically enter the sleep low power consumption state.
Charging the Charging Case
Please use the 5V/1A adapter to charge the charging case, which can be charged
with a computer USB or other USB interface charger.

Charging warning
Don’t tap the earbuds touch button while in charge, otherwise it will fail to
pair. Then you should follow the reset to factory settings.
Button operation
Indicator display description
- Put the earbuds into the charging box, and the charging box will charge the earphones automatically.
- The corresponding left/right earplug display light on the charging box flashes, indicating that the earphone is charging.
- The charging box light shows the current power supply and the battery indicator light goes out after 5 seconds.
- When the battery power of the charging box is 5 ~ 100%, the digital screen will be on for 5 seconds to display the current power. When the power drops to 0-5%, the digital screen will flash for 5 seconds to display the power level.
- The digital display goes out when it is not charged.
Discharge (charge the paired Bluetooth headset)
Instructions for use
Discharge: The charging case charges the Bluetooth headset. After the
Bluetooth headset is fully charged, the charging stand will automatically
enter the sleep state, and the power consumption is less than 40uA at this
time.

Waterproof for daily use (sweating, rain, washing face, showering, having a
bath, etc, but not for swimming underwater*) Please note that the phone’s
Bluetooth signal can not be transmitted underwater.

Download the TOZO App for Ul customization, EQ settings, and, more.
- Ul customization: Most of the controls can be customized in the App.
- EQ settings: There are lots of EQ settings you can choose in the App to optimize your experience while enjoying different music genres.
- Earbuds firmware update: The earbuds firmware can be updated in the App. You will be informed once the new version of firmware is detected when you connect the earbuds to the App.

- Do not dismantle or refit the product.

- Keep away from extreme ambient temperatures below- 10°C or above 60°C.
- Keep away from children and pets.
- Do not touch the earbuds with sharp objects.
- Do not use the product in thunderstorm weather.
- If it has not been used for more than a month, please charge and maintain it in time to ensure that it is safe.
- Since the Bluetooth signal cannot be transmitted underwater, swimming or diving will cause the signal to be disconnected or intermittent.
FAQs
Q: Failed charging of the charging case.
A: Delete both names and search again.
Q: Two devices named “TOZO Tonal Dots” are found.
A: Make sure the charging cable is intact and plugged in properly.
Q: The sound is unclear.
A: Increase the volume slowly on your phone and earbuds and keep them close to
each other.
Q: Why cannot hear the voice?
- Ensure both earbuds have been turned on.
- Turn up the phone’s volume to maximum.
- Try to tap the touch control once to play music.

not charging.
