Power on:
- Press and hold the “+ / power” button for 2 seconds to turn on the headphones.
Power off:
- Power off: Press and hold the “+ / power” button for 4 seconds while not playing to turn off the headphones.
- Power on white light: Battery level ≥ 50%
- Power on a red light: Battery level ≤ 50%
Wearing
Please follow the illustration to hang the earphone on the ears, and adjust
the earphone to ensure that the sound outlet is facing towards the ear canal.
Note: Only the right side has buttons and touch functions.
Bluetooth pairing
Press and hold the “+ / power” for 2 seconds to power on the earphones, and
then the red and white indicator lights will flash alternately. Select (TOZO
OpenReall from the device list in your bluetooth listing.

Reset
If one of the earphones does not work or fails to pair, please reset it:
- Simultaneously press and hold the touch area and “button for 5 seconds.
- The indicator light will turn off and then flash red and white, indicating the reset was successful.
Charging
Please use the charging cable provided in the box to charge the earphones, and
align the pins on the charging cable with the charging port of the earphone.
They will magnetically attract together and begin to charge. The red light
turning on indicates the earphone is in charge, and the red light turning off
indicates charging is complete.

Download the TOZO App for Ul customization, EQ settings, and more.
- Ul customization: Most of the controls can be customized in the App.
- EQ settings: There are lots of EQ settings you can choose in the app to optimize your experience while enjoying different music genres.
- Earbuds firmware update: The earbuds firmware can be updated in the App. You will be informed once the new version of firmware is detected when you connect the earphone to the App.

FAQs
Q: Unable to power on
A: Try to turn on the headset after charging it, and check whether the red
light is on when charging.
Q: If earbuds accidentally dropped into the water
A: Please do not charge the product, shut it down immediately, dry the surface
moisture, and try again after the power is on.
Q: Abnormal connection during playback
A: Press and hold the touch button and volume button at the same time for 5S,
restore the factory settings, and then try again.
Q: Failed to connect to the phone
A: Make sure the phone’s Bluetooth is turned on, delete the phone’s pairing
records, and research the headset to connect.
Q: No sound
A: In the connected state, try to increase the volume, if the phone is
connected to two earphones at the same time, click the “TOZO OpenReal”
Bluetooth signal to switch the playback device.
Q: Unable to charge
A: Try to switch to another 5V output power adapter to see if it is solved.
