First use operation

  1. Tear off the insulating film.

  2. Put the earbuds into the charging case and close it to charge (then the case start charging).

  3. 0pen the cover of the charging case, they will turn on and ready for pairing (when one indicator turns red and blue alternately, the other one no light) .
    Warm notice: If earbuds don’t turn on or there is no sound coming out, please put the earbud back,into the charging case and close it again, make sure that earbuds are in the charging state before opening the lid and taking out them to use.

  4. The indicator of one earbud will go off and the other one will flash red and blue alternately (in pairing mode).

  5. Turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone and search for “JO5” and connect it. NOTICE: such as the left and right ear can not be paired with any one headset no sound when the first off the phone Bluetooth, the twa headphones back to the charging box, take out the two headphones, three click on one of the headset touch key to enter the left and right headset pairing for re-pairing (binaural bright red and blue 2S pairing is successful, the vice-ear indicator lights go out, the main ear of the red and blue lights alternately flashing.

Restore factory setting

  1. Turn off the Bluetooth on your cell phone, take out the headset from the charging box, when there is no connection, the cell phone quickly four clicks to touch the MFB key to enter the restoration of factory settings, the headset red/blue light at the same time for three seconds after the restoration and automatic shutdown.
  2. Please delete all the connection records on the phone and re-search “JO5” after deleting the records and then reconnect.

Warm notice: For each single earbud, when it is in standby mode in the case, you Can’t use it to play the previous song or turn down the volume.

How to use Find My

  1. Device power on
    Press and hold the button for five seconds. The device will beep and turn on.

  2. Bind device
    – Open Apple’s own “Find My” app.
    – Put the device close to your iPhone, tap the “Items” tab, select “Add New Item” and click “Other Supported Items”.
    – For devices with the word JO5, tap “Connect”.
    – Fillin the “Custom name” to name your device and choose an emoaji.
    – Agree to register the device to your Apple ID.
    – Tap “Finish” to bind successfully.

  3. Enable Lost Mode
    – Open Apple’s own “FindMy” app, click “Devices” at the bottom of the screen, and then click the name of the device.
    – Under “Lost Mode,” click “Enable.”
    – Follow the on-screen instructions and click “Continue” to enter your contact number or email.
    – After clicking “Next” to verify the information, please click “Enable” again ta complete the settings.

  4. Remove device
    – Open Apple’s own “FindMy” app, click “Devices” at the bottom of the screen, and then click the name of the device.
    – Find “Remove Item” at the bottom of the list and tap “Remove” to complete the operation.
    Note: After deleting the device, the device will emit a prompt tone, and the device will not shut dawn and is in pairing mode. If there is no re- pairing within 10 minutes, the device will leave the pairing state and the device and app cannot be paired. If you need to pair a device, you need to click the device button once and the device will ring. At this time, the device enters the pairing state and can be paired with the app again.

How to use product buttons

  1. Turn on the device
    Press and hold the button for five seconds. The device will beep and turn on.

  2. Device status confirmation
    Double-click the device button twice and the device will beep, indicating that the device is working. If the device does not beep, it means the device is turned off. Press and hold the button for five seconds to turn on the device.

  3. The device re-enters pairing status
    After deleting the device, the device will sound a beep, device will not turn off, and will be in pairing mode. If there is no re-pairing within 10 minutes, the device will leave the pairing state, and the device and app cannot be paired at this time. If you need to pair a device, you need to click the device button once and the device will ring. At this time, the device enters the pairing state and can be paired with the app again.

  4. Reset
    First, in Find My app, remove the device. Then after the device is turned on, double-click the device button and the device will beep. Immediately press and hold the device button for about 10 seconds until the device beeps. Release the button to complete the factory reset. The device can then be paired with the new account.

  5. Turn off
    When the device is powered on, if you press the device button 5 times continuously within 2 seconds, the device will sound a beep and enter the shutdown state.
