MOVE GENERATOR OUTDOORS
Using a generator indoors CAN K ILL YOU IN MINUTES. Generator exhaust contains carbon monoxide. This is a poison you cannot see or smell.
NEVER use inside a home or garage, EVEN IF doors and windows are open.
ONLY use OUTSIDE and far away from windows, doors, and vents.

Read the ENTIRE operator’s manual to become familiar with the features of this product before operation. This QuickStart Guide IS NOT a substitute for the Operator’s Manual.
Failure to operate the product correctly could result in damage to the product, personal property or cause serious injury or death.
NOTICE
Keep all objects at least 5 feet (1.5 m) from generator. Heat from the muffler and exhaust gas can ignite combustible materials.

SET UP

1. Add oil. Assembly > Add Engine Oil.
   Recommended: 10W-30, up to 13.5 fl. oz. (400 ml) DO NOT overfill (included).

2. Move the generator outdoors.
   ONLY USE OUTSIDE AND FAR AWAY FROM WINDOWS, DOORS, AND VENTS.

3. Add fuel – Gasoline or Propane (LPG)
   Assembly > Add Fuel
   FOR GASOLINE OPERATION: DO NOT USE E15 OR E85

4. DO NOT plug in any electrical devices.
   NEVER START OR STOP THE GENERATOR WITH ELECTRICAL DEVICES CONNECTED OR TURNED ON!

5. For Gasoline Operation
   Turn the fuel cap vent lever to the “ON” (|) position.
   For Propane Operation
   Open the propane tank valve.

6. a. Starting the Engine: Gasoline
   . Turn the EZ Start dial to the “CHOKE” position.
   2. Pull the recoil to start the engine.
   3. Turn the EZ Start dial to the gasoline “RUN” position. b. Starting the Engine: Propane (LPG)
   1. Turn the EZ Start dial to the “CHOKE” position.
   2. Pull the recoil slowly 3-5 times to prime the engine.
   3. Turn the EZ Start dial to the propane “RUN” position.
   4. Pull the recoil to start the engine.

7. Plug in. Operation > Connecting Electrical Loads.
