SIGN UP / LOGIN

1. Enter the Mercator website URL – www.mercator.com.au
2. Click on the Account icon in the right corner to log in
3. Enter your email ID to log in
4. Enter the 6-digit OTP received on your email and press submit to log in

• How can I change my location preference?
  • To change your location preference, click on Account, then Choose a location. Select your area code and click on Choose location.
• Do I need to log in to download catalogs?
  • No, logging in is not mandatory to download catalogs. Simply click on Catalogues to open the Catalogue page and select the ones you want to view.

Note: Click on the title or page number to directly view the page/topic you want information about. Click on the logo to view the Table of Contents.

2. Click on the Account icon in the right corner to log in
3. Enter your email ID to log in
4. Enter 6-digit OTP received on your email. Enter this 6- digit password to the Mercator website and press submit to log in.
5. In your email account, open the email with the subject “Mercator: 6-digit code”. If you do not see this email in your primary inbox, please check your email junk, spam, and promotions folders.

INTERFACE BASICS

1. Login into your account
2. Click on Go to store to browse products/product categories
3. Click on the search bar (it shows almost all product categories)
4.  Select the product/s you want to view
5. If you already have product code, enter it in the search bar and press enter

MULTI-LOCATION SELECTION

1. Login > Enter email > Enter OTP
2. Click on Go to store > select your location code

click Choose location

1. The account name is your saved company or customer name.
2. Account no. is the location code.It changes as you select a different location.
3. The account name is the same for every location.

After you click on Choose location, website interface opens up

3.To change location preference Click on Account > Choose location (location code page opens) > select your area code and click on Choose location

DISCOVER THE PRODUCT CATALOGUE

1. Click on Catalogues to open Catalogue page
2. Select the ones you want to view > Click the down arrow icon if you want to download it Logging in not mandatory to download catalogues

KNOW PRODUCT PRICING

1. Login into your account > Go to store
2. Select a product (let’s consider an example of ceiling fans) Colour variants and price is visible. Price can be viewed only after login

KNOW THE PRODUCT STOCK LEVEL

1. Login into your account > Go to store > select a product category > click on a product (FC700134WH is selected as shown in the image above)

Note: Exact stock is shown after login only

DOWNLOAD PRODUCT DATASHEET

1. Select a product > Click on Download Datasheet (example – FC700134WH) Logging in not mandatory to download the datasheet
2. After you click on Download Datasheet, Send to email or download pop-up appears.
3. Enter your email ID to get a product datasheet in your email inbox (check the promotions/updates tab if you don’t get a PDF in your primary inbox.)
4. Click download if you want to get the technical sheet immediately
5. After you click on download, product datasheet is opened in new tab. Click on the down arrow to get the sheet in your device offline

DOWNLOAD HERO/PRODUCT IMAGE

1. Select a product > Right click on image > Select Save Image as (example – FC700134WH)
2. The image is saved in a .webp file. This format can be opened using the default photo viewer app.

Logging in not mandatory to download the hero image
The hero image is a product-centric image with a white background.

PLACE AN ORDER

1. Login into your account > Go to store > select a product category > click on a product > use the plus ( + ) and minus ( – ) to choose your quantity > click on Order Now (Quantity for FC700134WH is taken as 25 as shown in the image)
2. After you click on Order Now, your quantity will be reflected in the cart at the top right corner
3. Click on the Cart icon to proceed to check out or click on Go to cart
4. Click on Check out to confirm your order and enter your details – name, address
5. Complete this form to confirm your order

MANAGE MY ORDERS

1. Login into your account > Go to store > click on Account icon at the top right corner

If you are already logged in, place the mouse on the Account icon – 4 options pop up

Account Details

The details you fill up in the order confirmation form are reflected here.

When you sign in, your account name will be displayed, here our account name is Demo Company Name. If you have multiple locations, your selected location will be displayed as your Account no.
Account No. will change as per the location code.

Order Enquiry

This field shows your order summary – when the order was placed, invoice and shipping details.

Order Ref. – 4-digit  order reference no.
Order No. – 6 digit denotes your order no. in the database
Invoice No. – 6 digit Denotes your bill reference no. in the database
Connote No. – 13-digit  no. to track your order via a shipping partner

ORDER ENQUIRY

Search by Order No. / Invoice No.

In the search bar, enter your 6 digit order no. or invoice no. to get details about your order Here, we have considered our order no. to be 123456

Track Order

Click on the link in the connote number, it will redirect you to the assigned delivery partner company and get the details of your order – where it is and when will it be delivered.

Sign Out

This option will take you out of the website. If you want to check your order details or want information about any other product, you’ll have to sign in again.
