The TKO Functional Trainer Model 8060FT is a versatile piece of fitness

Product Usage Instructions
Safety Precautions
Before using the functional trainer, carefully read the owner’s manual and
follow all safety precautions to prevent serious injury.
Assembly
Connect Rear Upper Frame (1), Right Base Frame (2), and Left Base Frame (3)
using 6 Hex Bolt M1230 (83), 12 Flat Washer 13.524*2.5 (87), and 6 Nut M12
(94). Do not tighten the bolts at this stage.
Safety
Read this owner’s manual carefully before assembling or using TKO equipment.
WARNING : Serious injury could occur if these safety precautions are not observed.
Safety Precautions
- Before beginning any exercise program, consult your physician. Evaluate your present fitness level and determine the exercise program most appropriate for your particular age and condition.
- If you experience any pain or tightness in your chest, irregular heartbeats, shortness of breath, faintness, or other unusual discomfort while exercising, stop and consult your physician before continuing.
- Ensure the equipment(s) are set up and operated on a solid surface. DO NOT install or use the equipment on an uneven surface.
- Exercise equipment has moving parts. In the interest of safety, keep others, especially children, at a safe distance while exercising.
- Ensure enough room for access and operate the equipment(s) safely.
- Inspect and maintain the equipment(s) regularly.
- Replace the worn or damaged parts/components immediately to ensure safety.
- Use a spotter.
- The back support cushion may drop when the knob is pulled. Hold the back support cushion when adjusting it.
- Make sure the pull pin is fully engaged before use.
- Lower the back support cushion to the lowest position when not in use.
- Warm-up 5 to 10 minutes before each workout and cool down 5 to 10 minutes afterward. Never hold your breath while exercising.
- Before commencing exercise, remove all jewelry, including rings, chains, and pins.
- Always wear suitable clothing and footwear during exercise. Do NOT wear loose-fitting clothing that could become entangled with the moving parts of your exercise machine.
- Rest adequately between workouts. Muscles tone and develop during these rest periods.
- Most exercise equipment is not recommended for small children. Children should not use the machine unless they are under adult supervision.

Assembly
Note : Before starting assembly, remove all parts and hardware from the carton, ensure you have everything according to the list.
Step 1
Connect Rear Upper Frame (1), Right Base Frame (2), and Left Base Frame (3),
using 6 Hex Bolt M1230 (83),12 Flat Washer Φ13.5Φ24*2.5 (87) and 6 Nut M12
(94). Please don’t tighten the bolts.
Step 2
Install 4 Support for Weight Stack (28), 4 Cushion Ø55Ø20.575 (53) and 4
Guide Rod (19) onto the machine as the picture shown; Please ignore 4 Support
for Weight Stack (28) if the user need 20 pieces of weight stack.
Step 3
Install the Weight Stack (50), Top Weight (47) &(49) onto 2 Guide Rod, and
then use 4 Hex Bolt M1035 (80),4 Flat Washer Ø11Ø20*2 (86) and 4 Spring
Washer Ø 10 (90) to fix them. Please tighten the bolts.
Step 4
- Remove Limit Plate 653080*4 (46) from Right Slide Frame (30);
- Install Limit Plate 6530804 (46) and Right Slide Frame (30) onto Left Base Frame (3), using 2 Hex Bolt M1070 (75),4 Flat Washer Ø11Ø202 (86) and 2 Nut M10 (93);
- Connect the rear of Left Upper Cross Frame (5) with the Back Upright Frame, using 2 Hex Bolt M1230 (83), 4 Flat Washer Φ13.5Φ24*2.5 (87) and 2 Nut M12(94);
- Connect the front of Left Upper Cross Frame (5) with Right Slide Frame (30), using 2 Hex Bolt M1065 (76), 4 Flat Washer Φ11Φ20*2 (86) and 2 Nut M10(93).
- Please do not tighten the nuts for this step.
Step 5
- Install Right Slide Frame (29) in the same way;
- Connect Right Upper Cross Frame (4) and Left Upper Cross Frame (5), using 2 Hex Bolt M1230 (83), 4 Flat Washer Φ13.5Φ24*2.5 (87) and 2 Nut M12 (94).
- Please do not tighten the nuts for this step.
Step 6
- Install 2 Fixing Plates (10) onto the machine, using 8 Hex Bolt M1020 (81), 8 Flat Washer Φ11Φ20*2 (86) and 8 Spring Washer Φ10 (90). Please don’ t tighten the A1 position bolts and make sure there is 3-5mm space. But please tighten the B1 position bolts;
- Install 2 Fixing Plates (11) onto the machine, using 8 Hex Bolt M1020 (81), 8 Flat Washers Φ11Φ20*2 (86), and 8 Spring Washer Φ10 (90). Please don’t tighten the A2 positon bolts and make sure there is 3-5mm space. But please tighten the B2 position bolts;
- Install the Cable onto the machine as the picture shows;
- Please remove the pulley if necessary. Restore the pulley after the cable is installed.
Step 6(2)
Take the left side for example, install the Cable (24) as the picture shows.
Please remove the pulley if necessary. Then, put the pulley back when the
Cable is installed. Install the right side cable in the same way.
Step 7
- Install Upper Cross Frame With Chin Bar Handles (6) onto Right Upper Cross Frame (4) and Left Upper Cross Frame (5), using 4 Hex Bolt M1235 (84), 8 Flat Washer Φ13.5Φ24*2.5 (87) and 4 Nut M12 (94). Please don’t tighten the Nut;
- Install 4 Hex Bolt M1220 (82),4 Flat Washer Φ13.5Φ24*2.5 (87) and 4 (91) onto Rear Upright Frame (1). Please don’t tighten the Nut.;
- Use 4 Hex Bolt M10*50 (77) to tighten the Guide Rod Top as the picture shown;
- Adjust the whole rack to make it stable, and tighten the bolts in the joint;
- Please note not to tighten the bolt and nut of the Pulley , either the bolt and nut for the Cable Post;
- Install 2 Adjustable Handles (23) onto the Cable.
Step 8
Install these parts onto the Front Side Shroud (17), as the picture shows.
Please provide their direction when installing; After finishing, please set it
aside for later use.
Step 9
Install the other side shroud in the same way.
Step 10
Remove 2 Hex Bolt M1030 (79), 2 Flat Washer Φ11Φ20*2 (86), and 2 Spring
Washer Φ10 (90) from Handle Frame (9) as the picture shows; After finishing,
please set it aside for later use.
Step 11
Install these parts onto the Front Shroud (14), as the picture shows. Please
attend the shroud and Hook Frame’s direction when installing; After finishing,
please set it aside for later use.
Step 12
- Please pull multiple times Adjustable Handle (23) to make the pulley of the top weight up to the highest. If it don’t smooth, please put on some silicone oil on the guid rod. Pull Adjustable Handle (23) again until it is smooth.
- Install Left Rear Shroud (15) and Right Rear Shroud (16) onto Fixing Plate (11), using 8 Hex Pan Bolt M612 (64), 8 Flat Washer Φ6.6Φ12*1.6 (85) and 8 Spring Washer Φ6 (89). Please don’t tighten the bolts and make sure there is 3-5mm space;
- Install Fixing Plate (20) onto the Rear Shroud, using 4 Hex Pan Bolt M620 (64), 4 Flat Washer Φ6.6Φ12*1.6 (85) and 4 Spring Washer Φ6 (89);
- Please tighten the C positon bolt.
Step 13
Install Front shroud (14) onto Fixing Plate (10), using 4 Hex Pan Bolt M620
(64), 4 Flat Washer Φ6.6Φ12*1.6 (85) and 4 Spring Washer Φ6 (89); Please
don’t tighten the bolt and make sure there is 3-5mm space.
Step 14
Install Front Side Shroud (17) onto Front shroud (14) and Right Rear Shroud
(16), using 14 Hex Pan Bolt M620 (64), 14 Flat Washer Φ6.6Φ12*1.6 (85) and
14 Spring Washer Φ6 (89); Please don’t tighten the bolt and make sure there is
3-5mm space.
Step 15
Install Front Side Shroud (17) onto Front shroud (14) and Left Rear
Shroud(15), using 14 Hex Pan Bolt M620 (64), 14 Flat Washer Φ6.6Φ12*1.6 (85)
and 14 Spring Washer Φ6 (89); Please don’t tighten the bolt and make sure
there is 3-5mm space.
Step 16
- Please make sure all the shroud bolts are in the right postion;
- Please tighten the Bolt M10*20 (81) in the postion A1 and A2;
- Please tighten all the bolts of the Front Shroud (14);
- Please tighten all the bolts of the Light Rear Shroud (15) and Left Rear Shroud (16); Please tighten all the bolts of the 2 Front Side Shroud (17).
