Visor and Shield Maintenance:

1. Open the visor all the way up.
2. Push the button on both sides to remove the visor.
3. To reattach the visor, align the visor pins with the mechanism holes and press to secure.

Sunvisor Usage:

1. Open the sunvisor by pulling from both sides.
2. To remove the sunvisor, insert both sides and pull up.

FRS – Fast Release System:

1. Pull the lever and slide the red button to release the earpads.
2. To remove the helmet safely, open the chin strap and pull the emergency strap on both sides.
3. Ensure the earpads are securely attached before use.

ERGO PADDING Maintenance:

The helmet size adjustment is achieved through internal sponges that allow for better fitting based on head shape.

Please read this manual carefully before using the helmet and keep it in a safe place. For safe and correct use, please follow these instructions. The main function of the helmet is to protect the head in case of impact. This helmet is designed to partially absorb the energy of an impact by partially destroying some components of the helmet. Any helmet that has been heavily impacted in an accident or has received an equivalent shock should be replaced even if the damage is not visible. To maintain the full efficiency of the helmet, no modifications should be made to its structure or components without the approval of the homologation authority, as this could reduce the safety of the user. Only homologated accessories should be used.

Usage Instructions

How to Clean the Visor

To clean the visor without altering its characteristics, use only water and soap (preferably distilled) and a soft cloth. If the helmet is very dirty (e.g., insects), you can add a bit of dishwashing liquid to the water. Remove the visor from the helmet before performing a deeper cleaning. Never use objects to clean the helmet that may damage/scratch the visor. Always store the helmet in a dry, light-protected place, preferably in the bag provided by NEXX HELMETS.

How to Install the Camera Side Support

1. Use a Tork screwdriver T10 or Hex screwdriver H2.5.
2. Follow the instructions to secure the support.

FRS – Fast Release System

1. Pull the lever.
2. Slide the red button.
3. Pull the liner earpad (repeat the process on the other side).

How to Remove the Lining

1. Pull the earpads on both sides using the FRS system.
2. Pull the back side of the liner.
3. Release the springs.
4. Pull the frontal part of the liner.

How to Install the Lining

1. Insert the front of the liner.
2. Tighten the springs.
3. Insert on the back.
4. Make the strap pass through the earpads.
5. Slide the red button to loosen the earpads.
6. Insert the earpads securely.
7. Press and slide the FRS button until it is in the close position.
8. Press the pin to secure.

How to Change the Dust Filter with the Winter Filter

1. Remove the chin filter holder and the dust filter.
2. Insert the winter filter and the chin filter holder.
