Bluetooth Alarm Clock

Dear customer,
Thank you for purchasing our product. Please read the following instructions carefully before first use and keep this user manual for future reference. Pay particular attention to the safety instructions. If you have any questions or comments about the device, please contact the customer line.

Insert Batteries

Gently remove the battery cover from the back of the device.
Insert two AA batteries; the device will turn on.

When placing the batteries, ensure they are inserted according to the indicated positive and negative signs in the battery compartment.
Set Time and Alarms, Change Settings
To set time and alarms or change settings on the Qingping Bluetooth Alarm Clock, use the
“Qingping+” or “Mi Home / Xiaomi Home” smartphone app.
Note: When connecting to the app, ensure the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on, and there are no obstacles between the mobile phone and the Qingping Bluetooth Alarm Clock. The distance between them should be less than 5 meters.
Connect to Qingping+
“Qingping+” is an app for iOS and Android. After connecting the Qingping Bluetooth Alarm Clock to the app, you can set time and alarms or change settings with the app.

Alternatively, search “Qingping+” on the App Store or Google Play.
After installing the app, open it and add a device by selecting “Qingping Bluetooth Alarm Clock,” then follow the instructions provided by the app.

Connect to Mi Home / Xiaomi Home App

This product works with the Mi Home / Xiaomi Home app. Control your device and interact with other smart home devices using the Mi Home / Xiaomi Home app.

Stop an Alarm

To stop a normal alarm, press down on the top of the Qingping Bluetooth Alarm Clock.
To stop an alarm with Snooze, press down on the top of the Qingping Bluetooth Alarm Clock once to temporarily stop it, and press down twice to stop the Snooze.
When an alarm is ringing, it will stop after 10 minutes without operation.

Turn Off All Alarms

Press down on the top of the Qingping Bluetooth Alarm Clock and hold for 6 seconds to turn off all alarms. To restore previous alarm settings, press and hold for 6 seconds again.

Restore Factory Settings

Open the battery compartment and remove the batteries.
Press and hold the device while reinserting the batteries and keep pressing for 12 seconds. When all the numbers on the screen display “8”, the factory reset is complete.

Attention

Do not block the vent hole on the bottom of the product.
This product is not waterproof or dustproof.
Do not use in an environment with humidity greater than 90% for a long time.
Do not throw the battery or the product with the battery into fire to avoid an explosion.
Do not disassemble the product yourself to avoid injury.
When not using this product for a long time, remove the batteries to avoid damage caused by possible battery leakage.

Frequently Asked Questions

Cannot add the product in the mobile app.

No content shows on thescreen.

Check whether the batteries are placed correctly. If they are, replace them.

E1 shows on the screen.

The environment temperature exceeded the measuring range of the product. Please place the product in a normal indoor environment.

E2 shows on the screen.

The temperature and humidity sensor is malfunctioning.

Performance Faults

When two AA batteries with sufficient power are correctly placed in the product, but the screen still does not display any content, or the content displayed is abnormal.
When the specified app is correctly installed on the mobile phone, Bluetooth is on, and the distance between the mobile phone and the product is within Bluetooth transmission range, but the app still cannot connect to the product.
The product cannot be pressed down from its top or does not bounce back after releasing.
When the temperature and humidity in the environment are stable and within the measuring ranges, but the product still cannot correctly display the temperature and humidity readings.

Warranty Conditions
A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.
