Power On

Using Instructions

Change Screen

• Swipe the screen left or right to change the main page.

Readings

• When you are on the readings page, there are readings with different font sizes. Tap any of them to make it show on the top.

Alarm

• Go to the control page, tap “ “, and you can manage the alarms.

Over-limit Alert

• Go to control page, tap “ ” > “Over-limit Alert”, and you can manage the alerts.

Calibrate CO2 Reading Manually

• If the CO2 reading is abnormal, you can go to “ “, choose “CO2 Calibration” > “Manual Calibration”, then follow the instructions on the device to proceed.

Sensor Instructions

Sensor Malfunction

• Reading will become dashes when malfunctioning.

Replace the PM Sensor

1. Unplug the charging cable and remove the back cover:
2. Turn the latch clockwise and the PM sensor will pop out partially, take it out:
3. Push the latch with the new PM sensor to the right, then push the sensor in, until the latch returns:

Historical Data

• Tap “ ” button on the up right to check historical data of this reading when you are on the readings page.

Reading Interpretation

• Tap the large number on the readings page to check the reading’s interpretation.

Connect to Mi Home / Xiaomi Home App

• This product works with Mi Home / Xiaomi Home app*.
• Control your device, and interact it and other smart home devices with Mi Home / Xiaomi Home app.

Scan the QR code to download and install the app. You will be directed to the connection setup page if the app is installed already. Or search “Mi Home / Xiaomi Home” in the App Store to download and install it. Open Mi Home / Xiaomi Home app, and log in your account. Tap “+” on the upper right, and then follow prompts to add your device.

Note: The version of the app might have been updated, please follow the instructions based on the current app version.

• The app is referred to as Xiaomi Home app in Europe (except for Russia). The name of the app displayed on your device should be taken as the default.
• The product may not be supported by your region’s server of Mi Home / Xiaomi Home. If you cannot find the product while adding it in the app, please change the server in the Settings of the app to “Chinese mainland” and try again.

Settings

Automation

• If you want to add this product to other supported smart home platform, simply go to control page, tap “ “, choose “Automation”, and select the platform you would like to use.

Reset

• Go to control page, tap “ “, choose “Reset”, and follow the instructions to proceed.

Power Off

• Press and hold the top button, tap the power off icon when it appears.
• If the product does not respond, keep pressing the top button to force it to shut down.

Sensor Type & Operating Range

eTVOC

TVOC refers to total volatile organic compounds, containing thousands of compounds, which may have irritating odors, some of which are harmful to human. When the number of people in the room increases, or when cooking, eating, cleaning, makeup, etc., TVOC may increase significantly, and usually decrease after the activities end or ventilations have been done. Indoor TVOC may also originates from the combustion products of coal or natural gas, tobacco, etc., as well as materials used in construction and decoration, furniture and household appliances.

The TVOC sensor used in this product automatically adjusts the measurement baseline according to the data of the past period, so this product displays eTVOC (equivalent TVOC), which is not an accurate TVOC absolute value, and is only for users to observe the relative change trend of environmental TVOC concentration. The eTVOC reading increases significantly when there is an unsealed, alcohol-containing substance near the device.

Attention

• This product is not waterproof or dust-proof.
• When putting this product near a working ultrasonic humidifier, PM reading may become abnormally high. (Ultrasonic humidifier is the one with white mist while operating.)

1. Within 7 days from the date of the receipt, if the product has faults listed in the “Performance Faults”, after the faults are confirmed by our after-sales service department, the customer can have a refund or a replacement of the product for free.
2. From the 8th to the 15th day after the receipt, if the product has faults listed in the “Performance Faults”, after the faults are confirmed by our after-sales service department, the customer can have a replacement or repair service for free.
3. Within 12 months from the date of receipt, if the product has faults listed in the “Performance Faults”, after the faults are confirmed by our after-sales service department, the customer can have the maintenance service for free.

In countries or regions where Qingping Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. has not established a branch or after-sales service center, please contact the local seller if you have any quality problems.

Non-warranty

1. Unauthorized repair, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, liquid injection, accident, alteration, improper use of accessories not originally supplied with this product.
2. The warranty period has expired.
3. Damage caused by force majeure.
4. The situation does not meet the fault listed in the Performance Faults.
