PEOPLE NEEDED FOR ASSEMBLY: 1-2 ESTIMATED ASSEMBLY TIME: 1 HOUR

• Open your item in the area you plan to keep it to avoid excessive heavy lifting.
• Identify, sort and count the parts before attempting assembly.
• Compression dowels are lightly tapped in with a hammer.
• Make sure to always face the point on the top of the Cam Lock towards the outer edge.
• Do NOT use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners on this item.
• Never push, pull, or drag your furniture.

Before You Start

• Read through each step carefully and follow the proper order
• Separate and count all your parts and hardware
• Give yourself enough room for the assembly process
• Have the following tools: #2 Phillips Head
• Screwdriver and Hammer
• Caution: If using a power drill or power screwdriver for screwing, please be aware to slow down and stop when screw is tight. Failure to do so may result in stripping the screw.

Cam Lock Fastening System

This Cam Lock Fastening System will be used throughout the assembly process.

For any replacement hardware, order using part # 23075905COM0CS

1. Use screwdriver to fully tighten down 10 Cam bolts ( 1) into board (A).
2. Use 8 Screws (7) to attach 2 Door latches (13) onto board (A).

Insert 30 Wooden dowels (2) into the end of board (C),(D),(E),(F),(G) and (K).

• Screw in 6 Shelf support pins (5) into board (E),(F) and (G).
• Flip board (G) over and screw in 2 Shelf support pins (5) into the backside of board (G).
• Use 2 Screws (9) to attach 2 Wall brackets ( 16) onto board (A).
• Align board (K)’s Wooden dowels with board (B)’s pre-drilled holes. Once in place, press board (K) to connect board (B) completely.
• Align board (C),(E),(G),(F),(K) and (D)’s Wooden dowels with board (B)’s pre-drilled holes. Once in place, hand-tighten 10 Screws (3) into board (B).Fully tighten with a screwdriver once they are all in place .
• Insert 2 Cam locks (11) on each board (C),(E),(G),(F),(K) and (D).Align board (A) with boards (C),(E),(G),(F),(K)and (D).Once the boards are all aligned, turn the Cam Locks on boards (C),(E),(G),(F),(K) and (D) to the right to engage the Cam Bolts to the locked position .
• Use 8 Bolts (4) to attach 4 Metal tubes (N) to 2 Metal frames (M). Fully tighten with Hex key (6) once they are all in place.
• Use 10 Bolts (4) to attach Board (L) to 2 Metal frames (M) and 4 Metal tubes (N). Fully tighten with Hex key (6) once they are all in place.
• Use 10 Bolts (4) to attach Metal frames (M) and (N) to board (B). Fully tighten with Hex key (6) once they are all in place.
• IMPORTANT: THIS UNIT MUST BE SECURE TO THE WALL TO HELP PREVENT TIPOVER. FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO INSTALL THE ANTI-TIPPING
  SAFETY BRACKET PROVIDED WITH THIS PRODUCT.

WARNING

• Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tipover. To prevent tipover:

• Install tipover restraint provided

• place heaviest items in the lowest drawers

• Unless specifically designed to accommodate, do not set TVs or other heavy objects on the top of this product

• Never allow children to climb or hang on drawers, door, or shelves

• Never open more than one drawer at a time

• Use of tipover restraints may only reduce, but not eliminate the risk of tipover

• OPTION 1 : Attachment into a wall stud (preferred method) Using a stud finder, locate a stud in the wall. Place your unit against the wall, with the safety bracket (16) aligned in this location . To make driving the screw easier, you can drill a 1/8″ diameter pilot hole (3mm) through the safety bracket (16) into the stud. Drive the screw (10) through the safety bracket (16) into the wall stud. Tighten the screw (10).

• OPTION 2 : Attachment into drywall

• Locate your unit where desired against a wall and mark the wall through the safety bracket (16) , then move your unit aside. Drill a 3/16″ diameter hole (5mm) into the wallboard.

• Tap the wall anchor (15) into the hole until it is flush.

• Move your unit into location and fasten the wall bracket (16) to the wall anchor (15) with the screw (10).

• Tighten the screw (10).

• For Masonry, Concrete, or other wall materials:
  Consult your local hardware store for appropriate anchors to securely attach the safety bracket.

• Press in 2 Door center shafts into the end of each board (I) and (J). Screws in 1 Screw (8) onto the corner of each board (I) and (J).

• Slide Doors (I) and (J) into the area between Top panel (A) and Bottom panel (8) .

• Align board (I) and (J)’s Door center shaft holes with board (A) and (B)’s pre-drilled holes. Once in place, doors are well assembled.

• Slide Adjustable shelves (H) into the cabinet to make sure 8 Shelf support pins (5) are completely sit in the slots of sides of Adjustable shelves (H).

• Use 8 Hole covers ( 14) to cover the 4 holes on Top panel (A) and 4 holes on Bottom panel (B).

• Alternative option to install adjustable shelves (H) by threading out and threading in Shelf support pins (5) in different locations.
  One shelf is horizontal, another is vertical.

• Alternative option to install adjustable shelves (H) by threading out and threading in Shelf support pins (5) in different locations.
  Two shelves are vertical.

• This unit has been designed to support the maximum loads shown. Exceeding these load limits could cause sagging, instability, product collapse, and/or serious injury.

• Warning: Risk of injury to persons – do not place a television on this furniture. This furniture is not approved for use with a television.
