Product Usage Instructions
Logging into Compass with New Login ID:
- Tap the Compass app (or compass.schneider.com) and tap the Driver Associates button and then Login button.
- Enter new login ID (Driver number + @sndrvr.com).
- Enter existing password.
Create Challenge Questions to Enable Self-service Password Reset Capability:
- Go to Compass, enter new ID (driver number + @sndrvr.com) and tap Next button.
- Enter current password and click Sign in button.
- Tap Next button upon receiving the More information required message.
- Tap “I want to set up a different method” link in the bottom left corner.
- Select Security questions in the drop-down prompt.
- Provide answers to each of the five questions and tap Done button.
- Tap the Done button to complete the process.
Re-set a Password Upon Expiration:
- Go to Compass, enter new ID (driver number + @sndrvr.com) and tap Next button.
- Enter current password, create a new password, retype new password in the confirm password field, and tap Sign in.
Re-set a Forgotten Password:
- Go to Driver Compass, enter new login ID and tap Next button.
- On the enter password screen, tap the reset it now link.
- Ensure your login ID in the username box is correct, type the characters you see in the picture provided, and then tap Next button.
- Enter the answers to the challenge questions set-up during initial log in. Tap Next button.
- Create a new password, confirm it, and tap Finish button.
- Upon confirmation, tap on the click here link, enter your Login ID (driver number + @sndrvr.com), enter your new password, and tap Sign in button.
Non-Driver Schneider Associates login to Driver Compass:
Tap the Compass app (or compass.schneider.com) and tap the Driver Associate
button and then Login button.

- Driver Compass is moving to a new technology infrastructure that will increase security and allow the necessary platform support. The new platform requires the login process to change.
- Drivers will have new login ID (driver number@sndrvr.com)
- They will need to establish security question answers upon first login, which enables self-service password resets.
- They will be prompted and required to change their password every 90 days.
- These changes will benefit company drivers because:
- Compass will perform better (faster load time of pages and data).
- They will no longer need to call the help desk to reset a password.
- It creates seamless access to MAP and Horizon once logged in to Compass.
- The remainder of this document will show step-by-step instructions on how to:
- Log into to Compass with new Login ID.
- Create challenge questions to enable self-service password resets.

Logging into Compass with New Login ID
Effective April 10, 2024, company drivers will add @sndrvr.com to the end of their driver number to create their login ID.
- New Login ID: driver#@sndrvr.com (example 123456@sndrvr.com)
- Password: current Compass password
Note: Although this new Login ID looks like an email address, it does not function as one.
Step-by-step instructions
- Step 1: Tap the Compass app (or compass.schneider.com) and tap the Driver Associates button and then Login button.
- Step 2: Enter new login ID. (Driver number + @sndrvr.com)
- Step 3: Enter existing password.
Create Challenge Questions to Enable Self-service Password Reset
Capability
Company drivers will be required to create answers to challenge questions upon their first login to the updated Compass.
Step-by-step instructions
- Step 1: Go to Compass, enter new ID (driver number + @sndrvr.com) and tap Next button.
- Step 2: Enter current password and click Sign in button.
- Step 3: Tap Next button upon receiving the More information required message.
- Step 4: Tap I want to set up a different method link in the bottom left corner.
- Step 5: Select Security questions in the drop down prompt.
- Step 6: Provide your answers to each of the five questions and tap Done button.
- Step 7: Tap the Done button, and you’ll be automatically redirected to Compass.
Re-set a Password Upon Expiration
Company drivers will be required to re-set their Compass password every 90
days and will be prompted to follow this process. Drivers will not be notified
of the need to reset their password through any other form of communication.
Driver’s passwords will require the following:
- 8-256 characters.
- Combine uppercase, lowercase letters and symbols.
- Cannot contain user ID or name.

- Step 1 : Go to Compass and enter new ID (driver number + @sndrvr.com) and tap Next button.
- Step 2: Enter current password and then create new password; retype new password in the confirm password field, and tap Sign in.
Re-set a Forgotten Password
If a company driver forgets their Driver Compass password, they will be presented with the challenge questions they set-up from their initial log in.
Step-by-step instructions
- Step 1: Go to Driver Compass and enter new login ID and tap Next button.
- Step 2: On the enter password screen, tap the reset it now link.
- Step 3: Ensure your login ID in the username box is correct, and then type the characters you see in the picture provided. Then tap Next button.
- Step 4: Enter the answers you provided upon first login for each of the challenge questions. Tap the Next button.
- Step 5 : Create a new password and then re-enter it to confirm. Tap Finish button.
- Step 6: Upon confirmation, tap on the click here link.
- Step 7: Enter your Login ID (driver number + @sndrvr.com) and click Next button.
- Step 8: Enter your new password and tap the Sign in button.
Non-Driver Schneider Associates login to Driver Compass
Schneider Non-Driver Associates can also login to Driver Compass and will access the same way. However, they will use their Schneider email address.

- Step 3: Enter existing DOM 1 password.

Yes. Non-driver Schneider associates can follow the same process as Schneider Driver associates; however, they will use their email address for the login ID with their DOM1 password.
