The Universal Connector Strips are compatible with most 3/4/5 tube commercial fryers. Joining or banking fryers helps promote cleanliness and sanitation by preventing food particles from falling into the space between the fryers.
Instructions
Slide the connector strip down over the sidewalls of the two adjacent fryers
with the tab towards the front.
NOTE: Some fryers have exposed screw heads on the sides. If screw heads
are preventing a tight fit, remove screws and replace with flat head screws.
NOTE: If connector strip is too loose, squeeze the long sides of the
connector strip to “taper in” and tighten the fit to the fryers sidewalls.
