Product Usage Instructions
Setup:
Before using the XYZ-2000, ensure that all parts are clean and dry. Place the appliance on a flat, stable surface near a power outlet.
Filling:
Open the lid of the XYZ-2000 and fill the stainless steel container with ingredients up to the maximum capacity line, ensuring not to overfill.
Settings:
Adjust the power setting according to your recipe requirements using the control panel on the front of the appliance.
Operation:
Once filled and settings adjusted, close the lid securely. Plug in the appliance and turn it on using the power button. The XYZ-2000 will start heating up the contents.
Completion:
Once the cooking process is complete, carefully open the lid, switch off the appliance, and unplug it from the power outlet.Allow it to cool before cleaning.

What’s In The Box?
How To Set Up Your Charging Station with Qi2
- Carefully remove the charging station and the USB-C cable from the packaging.
- Plug one end of the USB-C cable into the charging station and the other end into a power adaptor that can deliver at least 60 watts of power for optimal performance. If you’re not sure about your adaptor’s power rating, please refer to its documentation or consult the manufacturer.
- Plug the power adaptor into an electrical outlet.
- Check that LED B on the charging station flash twice in a bright white colour. This confirms that the station is powered and working correctly.
- Place your Qi2 enabled device on the Qi2 module, ensuring both are correctly aligned to enable the magnetic connection. For other devices that can charge wirelessly, place them on the Qi module to begin charging.
- The LEDs on the charging station will remain white while the devices are charging.
- LED A will turn off when the device on the Qi2 module is fully charged. LED B will remain on even after the device on the Qi module is fully charged.
- When you’re done charging your devices, remove them from the charging station.
Understanding The LEDs On Your Charging Station with Qi2
The LEDs on our Charging Station with Qi2 provide important information about
the charging status of your devices. Here’s what you need to know:
- Power On
- LED B will turn on when the power adaptor is plugged in and the cable is attached.
- If the power adaptor is 60W or greater, the LEDs flash twice in white. If the power adaptor is less than 60W, the LEDs flash once in white.
- When the charging station is in standby mode, there is no LED.
- Qi2 Charging
- LED A turns solid white when a device is placed on the Qi2 module.
- When the device is fully charged, LED A turns off.
- Qi Charging
- LED B turns solid white when a device is placed on the Qi module.
- When the device is fully charged, LED B stays on.
- Non-Magnetic Alignment
- Place smaller devices in the centre of the silicone grip ring.
- For larger devices, rest them on the grip ring for stability. Note that a large secondary device maycover the LEDs.
- Troubleshooting: Unstable Voltage
- If LED B rapidly and continuously flashes white, it suggests a low-quality power adaptor. Try using a different one.
- Troubleshooting: Foreign Obiect Detection
- If either LED continuously flashes red, check that the device is Qi2 or Qi-enabled and that there are no metal objects between the device and the charger.
How To Safely And Best Use Your Charging Station with Qi2
- Ensure there are no metallic objects between the material tops and your devices as this may interfere with either the Qi2 or Qi charging. If the foreign object detector does not activate, the device has the potential to get very hot and burn the user or damage its surroundings.
- If you’re using an accessory with your phone case, for example a Mous® Card Wallet, please remove it as it may affect the charge performance.
- The magnetic array design ensures that you’ll receive a well-optimised charge every time. Ensure the magnets within your Qi2-enabled device or phone case snap to position, otherwise your mobile device may not charge properly.
- For Best charging performance, we recommend you use a 60W power delivery wall adaptor. —
- For best results, use with a Qi2-enabled phone or phone case and a Qi-enabled phone or phone case.
- If you are not using a Qi2-enabled phone, you won’t be able to achieve proper alignment – you will need to ensure your phone is as central as possible to get the most efficient charge.
Important Safety Instructions – Warning
Read all instructions and warnings prior to using this product. Improper use of this product may result in product damage, excess heat, toxic fumes, fire or explosion, for which damages you (“Purchaser”), and not Mous Products Ltd. (“Manufacturer”) are responsible.
- Do not place metal objects between phone and the charger as the charger may get very hot.
- Do not use or store devices in high-temperature environments, including heat caused by intense sunlight or other forms of heat, as this may reduce charge efficiency or reduce lifespan of the product.
- Do not place product in fire or other excessively hot environments. Exposure to fire or extremely high heat may cause explosion.
- This product is fitted with magnets. Pacemaker and ICD users are advised not to position the Charging Station with Qi2 within 20cm radius of their implanted device as it may cause interference.
- Do not expose the Charging Station with Qi2 to water. Exposure to water may result in short-circuiting. If short-circuiting occurs immediately turn off at the wall.
- Do not use the Charging Station with Qi2 over its output rating. Overloading outputs above the rating may result in a risk of fire or injury to persons.
- Do not disassemble this product or attempt to repurpose or modify it in any manner.
- Do not attempt to replace any part of this device. Any modification or disassemblement may result in a void of warranty.
- Use of a power supply or charger not recommended by Mous® may result in a risk of fire or injury to persons.
- If this device is accessible to or may be used by a minor, the purchasing adult agrees to be solely responsible for providing supervision, instruction, and warnings. Purchaser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Manufacturer harmless for any claims or damages arising from unintended use or misuse by a minor.
- All products have gone through a thorough quality assurance inspection. If you find that your device is excessively hot, is emitting odour, is deformed, abraded, cut, or is experiencing or demonstrating an abnormal phenomenon, immediately stop all product use and contact Mous.
- Switch off the Charging Station with Qi2 when not in use.
- To disconnect the Charging Station with Qi2 from line voltage, pull the AC Adapter from the AC outlet.
- To comply with FCC RF exposure compliance requirements, the Charging Station with Qi2 must be used with a separation distance of at least 20cm from all persons.
